We had such a great stay at Marjana's. The house, pool, outdoors is just amazing!! She is a very kind and helpful person. The views from the house are so beautiful and we really enjoyed the quietness. The house is very big with plenty of space and all you might need. We hope to stay again soon!

Were her for a second time and for sure we'll be back again. Beautiful place, nice, feels like home, beautiful peaceful garden and great communication with host. Worth the price we paid.

We were allowed to stay with Ivan as a larger group for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. The house, pool and outdoor area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is wonderful. The house is quietly located. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

The place is as it is described, equipped, clean, recently renewed, cozy, with a very friendly responsive host. It has all is needed for a joyful comfortable stay. We were with two and stayed for less than a week. We enjoyed our stay a lot ant it is totally worth the money. The equipped studio makes it comfortable to stay even longer. The building and neighborhood is rather calm. There is small supermarket across the street, if needed. The location is very comfortable, close to the center while being easily accessible by car. There are parking lots in the street, also there is a parking close by. We parked both on the street and also in the parking. The parking is within few hundred meters and was comfortable to reach on foot.

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great stay and would fully recommend it. The house was just like the pictures, and spotlessly clean. The pool is very well maintained, but very cold in April! The house is really well stock with kitchen equipment/cutlery/crockery and we appreciated the fruit and biscuits left for our arrival. It’s a very short drive into Pula, which is full of cafes/restaurants/tourist spots. The hosts were very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you'll need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening.
