The more than 130-year-old log cabin in the cultural heritage landscape of Suvanto takes its residents on a time travel to a 19th century village in the far north of Finland. The property is best suited for a friend of Lapland's nature, history and silence, who is not afraid of the dark in winter or mosquitoes in summer. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

Artturi's Fish Cabin

A traditional log cabin located in the middle of the forest far from services. 65 km to Rovaniemi Airport, 40 km to Kemijärvi. If you're comfortable on your own and enjoy a simple life in the middle of nature, this stay is for you. Here you will enjoy the quiet and darkness. If you're lucky, you'll get to admire the Northern Lights from the home yard. In the immediate vicinity of the cottage you can fish, hunt and hike. We rent snowshoes. There is a lean-to and a nature trail nearby. We help you find program services.

Can fit up to 11 ppl and has everything you need for a perfect holiday in Lapland. Week and longer reservations include 2 x adult ski passes for Pyhä ski resort (ski season). Villa Luppopirtti is a traditional Finnish log cabin in the middle of peaceful woods and close to the Kitinen river. It’s a perfect hideaway for a couple or a family with two to three kids. The wood-heated sauna at the cabin is an experience in its own class compared to an electric sauna. After enjoying the sauna you can enjoy sitting by the fire in the barbecue hut or by the fireplace in the living room. EV-charging station and a complete waste-recycling center on the spot.
