This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Im Sommer laden die überdachte Terrasse und der Garten zum Verweilen ein. Sport- und Entspannungsmassagen sind auf Anfrage vermittelbar.

The house is DTV classified. It includes two 4-star apartments. The use of traditional natural building materials, mainly wood and clay, creates a healthy indoor climate to feel good.
