Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Charmant studio de 42 m2 entièrement refait à neuf, pour 2 personnes, situé en plein centre ville d’Issoudun. Le logement est proche de l’église Saint-Cyr ainsi que de la Tour Blanche. Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.

Just a 2-minute walk to the castle park, enjoy a green setting for your walks. The free bus stop is less than a minute's walk away, convenient for getting to Bourges. Fancy a coffee? The terrace opposite is waiting for you. And for parking, the castle parking lot guarantees a free space in the immediate vicinity. The house sleeps up to 4 people, with: one bedroom with double bed, a living room with 2-seater sofa bed, an outdoor courtyard to relax.

The studio is located on the floor of our house, with independent entrance (new outdoor staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. The small house

My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. You will appreciate the location and charm of "the little house" so that you have a pleasant stay in our beautiful region. We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in, which justifies the cleaning fee.

Secure parking on request. 10 min from Bourges by car and 5 min walk: - Plaimpiied Abbey - the greenway that joins Bourges, along the Berry Canal.
