This romantic place to stay offers a history all its own. Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Secure parking on request. 10 min from Bourges by car and 5 min walk: - Plaimpiied Abbey - the greenway that joins Bourges, along the Berry Canal. Nice walk for everyone, including our four-legged friends - a children's playground, in a nice park - a supermarket, bakery, butcher and nice restaurant. Baby equipment. Workspace/high-speed Wi-Fi.

Ground floor apartment with a small courtyard. It is composed of a large bedroom with closet and workspace. One bathroom with a spacious shower. Living room/kitchen with recent amenities: induction hob , oven, fridge freezer , dishwasher ... The sofa is convertible. Located in a quiet area, close to transport, train station and bus 100 m away. This place is great for work trips but also for stays of several months.

This house is perfect for couples with or without children, solo travelers or workers. The property has 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed as well as a sofa bed with 16 cm mattress 140 x 190 cm, i.e. 2 beds. A pellet stove is present in the accommodation as well as pellets. Coffee, tea, chocolate and sugar ☕ Pets are also allowed. The grounds are fenced (600 m2), terrace. Woods nearby for walks, hikes etc.

Charming country house

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the second floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park their car in the garden. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
