Welcome to our newly built attic house in a lush garden on Hisingen, about 5 km from the city center. You can easily get to the city by bus in about 15 minutes. The house is about 24 m2 (including loft and toilet), is built in 2023 and has a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine. In the loft, there are 2 beds (note, somewhat low ceiling) and in the living room, there is a sofa bed for 2. From a patio door, you can reach your own small patio. High chair and trampoline can be borrowed if needed.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
