L'appartamento di Massimo è semplicemente STUPENDO! Intanto per la posizione: fronte mare, si scende la rampa di scale dal piano primo, si gira l'angolo e si è già sulla passeggiata pronti per scendere in spiaggia. E poi per la vista: il mare incorniciato in due finestre del salotto, che si può ammirare durante la colazione o il pranzo. Una meraviglia. L'appartamento è anche spazioso e funzionale, munito di ogni utilità. Due belle camere, un soggiorno con divano, un salottino con divano letto. Un piccolo benvenuto per la colazione, seggiolone, spondina per il letto e lettino da campeggio per i bimbi. Cucina attrezzatissima. Pulizia impeccabile. Ci siamo goduti un soggiorno di relax, sia noi adulti che i bambini che la nostra cagnona. Consigliatissimo per famiglie multispecie!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo splendido appartamento e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. La vista che si gode dai due finestroni è mozzafiato: si vede il mare e tutta Camogli, un vero spettacolo. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, in particolare il bagno e la camera da letto, e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Inoltre, la seconda uscita dell’appartamento porta direttamente sul lungomare, una comodità impagabile. Esperienza breve ma davvero perfetta!

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Overall, a fantastic apartment with a beautiful seaside view. It’s within walking distance of all the amenities in Sori, yet just far enough from the center to offer a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it! Highlights: • The view is even better than in the photos • Close to the town center, yet slightly tucked away for added tranquility • Fully equipped kitchen – cooking here was a real pleasure • Private parking available Note: • The bathroom may feel a bit tight for taller or larger individuals, and the shower is quite narrow. It wasn’t an issue for us, but worth mentioning for awareness.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Die Terrasse war das Highlight. Bei Problemen konnte man Daniela immer schnell erreichen. Es gab eine Parkgarage, die allerdings eng ist, aber auch dafür hatten die Gastgeber eine Lösung. Also alles klasse. In der Unterkunft gab es auch eine Waschmaschine.

Diese Unterkunft kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. In bester Lage, mit Blick auf das Meer, sehr ruhig, mit allem ausgestattet, was es für erholsame Ferien braucht. Die Betten sind äusserst bequem. Luca war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Bei der Ankunft hat er auf der Strasse auf uns gewartet, damit wir die Unterkunft einfacher finden. Meine Freundin hatte einen Unfall. Luca hat uns aus der Ferne sehr gut unterstützt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich war schon oft in Moneglia. Diese Wohnung hat mir am besten gefallen.

Bei unserer Ankunft am Bahnof wurden wir von Lorenzo´s Mutter Laura herzlich empfangen. Sie war extra im Dorf eine frische, fast noch warme Focaccia für uns holen! Im Hause angekommen, gab sie uns noch eine Flasche selbstabgefüllten regionalen Weisswein. Beides war sehr fein. So ein schönes persönliches Ankommen hatten wir auf Airbnb noch nie erlebt! Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und zuhause. Das Haus mit dem wundervollen Garten und die direkte Nähe zum Meer sind einfach traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war angenehm geheizt, da es draussen eher frisch war. Zu Fuss ist man schnell in Sori, wo es neben feinen Restaurants auch andere Geschäfte für Lebensmittel etc. gibt. Hat man Lust auf mehr, so ist der Bahnhof nah und mit dem Zug erreicht man einfach die nächsten Orte. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Obschon es in den 4 Tagen unserer Anwesenheit oft regnete, haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Eine Oase des Glücks!

The stay was nice overall. The location is convenient, close to the port and within walking distance to many places. The view from the window was absolutely stunning — definitely the best part of the apartment. That said, the cleanliness could have been better — some of the dishes weren’t properly cleaned, and the furniture is quite old and worn. Still, if you're looking for a place with a great view and good location, it does the job.

Increíble la experiencia de estar en la montañas y comunicado con toda la zona.. la atención de vicenzo y de giorgio fue muy especial... los baños son muy grandes y las sábanas son de LINO ... como en un hotel de lujo.. muy recomendable.. vamos a volver

Petit appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer (voir photos). Il est très bien agencé et rien ne manque, tant dans les équipements que dans les produits quotidiens. Giuseppe et Samantha forment une équipe extra : la propreté des lieux est remarquable, cet appartement est impeccable. Et Giuseppe est un hôte généreux et sympathique qui s'est montré très réactif. L'appartement dispose d'un parking, d'un accès à une piscine privée, à de très belles terrasses et à la mer. Il est idéalement situé pour se rendre dans les jolis villages aux alentours. La dolce vita assurée. Merci beaucoup à nos charmants hôtes !

Daniela ist ein toller Host! Sie hat sogar unsere Restaurant Reservierungen mit tollen Empfehlungen übernommen! Der Blick ist wirklich unbezahlbar. Das Schwimmbad bzw. die dort Wohnenden sind etwas spiessig leider, aber dafür kann Daniela nichts. Anlage super gepflegt und Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet! Wir kommen wieder!

A former hotel and now part apartment complex for locals, part holiday homes, this Airbnb is absolutely perfect. With the booking comes a PDF file containing all the important information you need to know as it‘s located within kind of a gated community. On-site, the lovely janitor provided all the helpful instructions on the amenities. Both kitchen / living area and bathroom are absolutely clean and nicely furnished, the bed comfortable. From the room, you have a stunning view of the sea and some of the terraces you may also use, including the pool area, which came in handily on a rainy day. We were provided with a key to the private sea-side access (not a sand beach), which was due to its exclusiveness mostly used by locals. We felt very unexposed and safe swimming there as well as leaving our things on land. Lastly, it‘s good to know that the Airbnb is in walking distance of the stations Pontetto (10‘), Bogliasco (20‘), and a supermarket (15‘). Highly recommend!

Alloggio molto grazioso e perfetto per me e la mia bambina Posizione centrale nel paese e a due passi dal mare Pulizia simpatia e cortesia, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e l’host ci ha assistito immediatamente E infine: l’appartamento è insonorizzato e climatizzato, per notti tranquille anche in piena estate Consiglio!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser herrlichen Wohnung mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer von der Stube und vom Schlafzimmer aus. Ein kleiner Balkon auf der Hausseite ist vorhanden, da dort die Sicht aufs Meer jedoch beschränkt ist, haben wir es vorgezogen, die kurze Treppe hinunter zu gehen und dort die Zeit am wunderbaren Kieselstrand zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und zweckmässig eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir kamen mit dem Zug an beim Bahnhof Nervi und in 15 Minuten zu Fuss auf einem phantastischen Spazierweg dem Meer entlang, erreicht man die Wohnung. Ein kleiner Laden ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, in 15 Minuten zu Fuss sind alle grösseren Läden erreichbar oder man kann auch den Bus nehmen. Wir haben Ausflüge mit dem Zug gemacht (Cinque Terre, Genua), alles sehr gut erreichbar. Nervi selber ist sehr schön mit dem grossen Park und nicht so touristisch wie andere Orte an der Küste, da kein Touristenschiff landet.

Appartamento molto ben arredato e perfettamente organizzato

A pochi passi dal mare e dal centro di Cogoleto (che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata), l'appartamento di Raffaella è un piccolo gioiello. Noi ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa, con tutte le comodità necessarie. Non manca davvero niente! Anche il divano letto è spazioso e confortevole. Tutte le informazioni necessarie sono indicate. Zona tranquillissima e verde, vicini simpatici e gentili. Raffaella e Aldo sono stati disponibili durante il nostro soggiorno e cordiali, torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti.

Ambiente gradevole e pulito. Vista suggestiva sul mare e sul paese. Parcheggio auto a 10 minuti dalla casa. Host gentilissimi e disponibili! Addormentarsi e svegliarsi col suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla spiaggia è un toccasana per lo spirito!

Eine super Wohnung, es fehlte uns tatsächlich an gar nichts. Mit 2 Kindern hatten wir auch genug Platz und die Lage direkt am Spazierweg ist sehr gut für Ausflüge von der Haustüre weg. Das absolute Highligt ist aber ganz klar die fantastische Aussicht. Mascia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Attico superlativo, dotato di tutti i comfort, e la vista dalla terrazza è stupenda. Ascensore al piano, cucina molto attrezzata, letti comodi e bagni impeccabili. Sofia un host molto gentile e premurosa. Una soluzione abitativa ideale per chi vuole godere di relax. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

L'appartamento di Petra è bellissimo, proprio come le foto. Posizione e vista sono gli aspetti che più lo caratterizzano, ma gli spazi interni sono arredati benissimo, a dicembre era riscaldato in modo perfetto, tutto funzionale e perfettamente pulito. Siamo stati bene in 4, è una base ottima per esplorare la costa e i sentieri più in alto con vista mare. Spero che torneremo anche in altre stagioni - Nervi ha un mare meraviglioso e parchi stupendi.
