Vacation rentals with a patio in Lugano

Had a great time in Solongo's property! Wish we stayed more days in Lugano, just because we loved her place too much. Close to the train station, clean apartment, complete kitchen, it just feels too homey. Solongo is also a really nice host!!

Thomas is one of the friendliest hosts ever! Communication was always very nice and you never had to wait long for answers. The apartment itself fulfills all wishes, has very good basic equipment (pans, spices, soda stream, etc.) and corresponds exactly to the pictures. The view of the lake is unique and it takes just under 10 minutes to walk to the Lido. We are very excited. Everything was on site for our 1 1/2 year old as well :)

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

We spent a long weekend at the apartment and were very happy with our stay. It was easy to find, and Daniela made the check-in process seamless by providing clear instructions in advance. She also shared plenty of tips for local activities and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed from cooking essentials to laundry facilities. Although the parking area next to the house was sometimes full in the evenings, there was also some space where you could park just up the road, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay in Milan with parking and near major sites. Good communication of details with check in. Beautiful apartment with view on patio as well as rooftop.

the view from the terrace is great. quiet during the day and at night. only the access is for people who can drive a car, but you have to remember that this is Italy and the mountains. I love driving and such challenges, so I rate it ******

Everything was great, we'll be back! We were there with our three children, the surroundings with park and pool right on the lake are perfect. For dinner, you can drive to Campione or Bissone. For daily needs, there is a Coop nearby. Also great as a starting point for trips to Lugano, Como or Locarno! 5 stars gladly again!

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

Sandra is a very friendly and helpful landlady. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and my husband, I and our dog felt completely comfortable. The view from the terrace and sofa is unique and the kitchen has everything you could want. A dream apartment. Another plus is that the restaurants, villages and Locarno are also within walking distance. Thank you Sandra, to another time

Anita’s lovely apartment/home in Lugano was perfection. Located in an idyllic location, we had incredible hiking just outside our door. Her residence is well-appointed, comfortable and our family had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and very thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Cristian was very proactive, responsive, and professional. If you want to visit Lake Como I highly recommend this place. I will likely stay here again if I visit Como in the future. Beautiful views and a one of a kind terrace/rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

The lake house is really a little gem – tastefully decorated, with a lot of love for detail. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. We were six adults and three children – it was a bit cozy-tight, but absolutely doable and very comfortable. The location right on the water is fantastic, but you should know that the house is located on the main road out of town (Route 80). For families with small children, the walk to the village (about 10 minutes on foot along the sidewalk) may not be ideal – but it worked well for us. Daniel was a fantastic host: helpful, attentive and super friendly. If something was wrong, he was immediately available – and always generous and uncomplicated. All in all: We didn't miss anything, had a great time and would recommend the house at any time! Thanks Daniel

We felt very comfortable, the accommodation is perfect for 4 people, especially because of the 2 bathrooms, the view is unbeatable, we'd like to come back.

Quirky yet traditional place with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is great (the parking spot really helped!) - close to Locarno, Ascona and the Valle Verzasca. Carlos was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

This is a great apartment in an amazing location - just a very short walk from Milano Centrale station. Comfortable bed, all of the essentials provided, and has a cute little balcony. Highly recommend staying here when in Milan! Thanks for hosting us, Michele.

Anna’s place is nice, quiet and with a beautiful terrace. It has lots of space for 4 people. The neighborhood is lovely, lots of places to eat and shop and in a walking distance from duomo. Anna was easy to communicate and responded quickly.
