We had a fantastic time here. Paula and Marcello are very sweet people and nothing is too much. We were surprised with a delicious breakfast in the fridge upon arrival. Marcello also came to bring fresh croissants from the bakery and we also got a homemade delicious cake a few days later. Momo the dog always came to get cuddles and next to the fantastically equipped kitchen the view is really phenomenal. We will definitely come back!

Sergio is a high-class host, available, attentive, very pleasant and very kind. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to spend a few days in the beautiful city of FANO as well as the beautiful region to visit.

What a perfect week! Clean, modern, uncluttered and very quiet accommodation that is a perfect base for exploring Le Marche. We stayed in "Menta/Mint" for 1 week at the end of October/start November. We were very fortunate with the weather - max 22c all week and wall-to-wall sunshine. "Mint" and "Basil" share a good-sized pool (5mx3m perhaps) which was heated, along with Jacuzzi bubbles - and had all-day sunshine. After a long day sightseeing it was perfect to head into the the jacuzzi pool and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The kitchen with a dining table was well-equipped and ideal for cooking. The accommodation has a good-sized patio with a large outdoor dining table, a couple of extra relaxing chairs and a coffee table. Menta is a couple of miles from the road that can take you off to Urbino or San Marino (which we did). Corinaldo is worth a visit too. Adriana greeted us upon arrival and it was very easy to checkin/out. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks.

We had a lovely week at this place. Quiet location, beautiful views, and near mountains, beach and beautiful cities. The house is comfortable with fine beds and a lovely terrace. Communication with Caterina was perfect, she was ready for support and tips where needed. Good to know for future visitors: - the photos at the listing do not fully match the house (bedrooms, living room), these photos are of another cottage. The style is similar, so no problem. - during our stay at the end of April the pool was still closed for general use. The cottage does overlook a heated swimming pool that belongs to the two cottages below for private use. There were other children swimming in it, which makes sense, but our children found it difficult to see. Understandable, but good to know. In short, a nice place to stay in beautiful surroundings!
