Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

The listing is located on the ground floor of our house, we live upstairs and your entrance is independent. 15-min drive to the 24-hour circuit. Small shops within 100 m. Gas barbecue loan possible.
