Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. In 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).
