The "La Terrasse du Loir" cottage is private (open since 2021), with a private swimming pool, and not overlooked. The pool and the telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022; it is heated to 29° In 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1, inclusive. In 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1, inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed.
