This house is amazing. Has everything you need. Every time we were looking for something, it was right where it should be. Some properties you only want to sleep there. This is the opposite, it’s hard to leave!!

Arman was so attentive and amazing in communicating. Being in the desert temperatures are definitely up and even with a hick up Arman tried his best to make sure our stay was as good no matter what. Everything was as described and my kids really enjoyed the bunk beds it was a nice touch. Such great open space and the shower outside with this heat wave was so refreshing! Arman was very understanding and always communicated quickly and attentively. If we could give him more than 5 stars we would. Thank you for being such a great host and letting us stay at this wonderful place! Hope we can come again!

This home is a true gem for anyone seeking peace, comfort, and a cozy atmosphere in the heart of nature. The mountain views are absolutely breathtaking—especially from the hot tub on the deck. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day in the fresh air. The interior is beautifully designed: a spacious living room with high ceilings, warm wood paneling, a fireplace, and stylish furniture create an ideal space to relax. The bathroom feels like a private spa—minimalist, elegant, and soothing. One of the biggest highlights was the fully equipped gym with dumbbells, a bench, a punching bag, and even a sauna—an extremely rare find on Airbnb. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home (or even better). If you’re traveling with kids, this place couldn’t be more perfect: safe, spacious, and inspiring. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

This property is absolutely gorgeous!! Between their beautiful zen room that looks out to the horses at the nearby stables, to their cozy living room where everyone can relax, it’s hard to choose what my favorite part of this stay really was. The host was so rapid to respond and help with any questions I had!! I wish I could’ve stayed longer!! It was absolutely perfect!! thank you for this amazing stay!!

This luxurious home in the woods of Big Bear Lake was pure magic. Tucked away in a peaceful, forested setting, it offered the perfect balance of rustic charm and upscale comfort. The interior was beautifully designed with cozy furniture, tall ceilings, and a warm fireplace that made it feel like a true mountain retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were incredibly cozy. We loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and sipping coffee on the deck surrounded by trees and wildlife. Every detail was thoughtful, from high-end linens to the helpful local guide left by the host. Check-in was smooth, and communication was easy. This home gave us the space to unwind while still feeling pampered. Whether you’re after adventure or serenity, this place is a dream. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back! Also, super kid friendly! Families will love this place!

This house was incredible. It is as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The pool was pristine and perfect to swim in e dry evening as the day cooled down. We appreciated all of the recommendations for local shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive to all of our questions within minutes. If you’re planning a trip to Joshua Tree and want to stay nearby, book this place. You will not be disappointed!

Cons: Beds are very creaky. A lot of the windows don't open. Dark stains on carpet in upstairs bedroom. A lot of spiderwebs outside the cabin. Hooks on upstairs shower are broken. Dryer doesn't work well. Back door didn't lock (got fixed by David while we were there). The couch in the living room is dirty and needs to be washed. One screw missing in foosball, The vacuum is broken. String to upstairs shade is broken. You have to log into your own streaming services. Pros: Destination Big Bear are very responsive and want to keep the guest happy and will do anything to accommodate their guests. They even gave a thoughtful basket. Lovely Jacuzzi. PS5 for children. Billiards table under foosball table. Gas fireplace. Beautiful stars. Amazing sunrise and sunset. A lake view that is to die for. You can hear coyotes, fish, birds and insects at night. Close to the village. Many clean towels and blankets. Supplies for cooking and big fridge. Many neighbors around the rental are renters too.

This was a great space!! It met our needs perfectly, it was cute, in a great location, and steps away from a few different hiking trails which was something we were looking for. The host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!!
