Located on the top floor without an elevator, with a wide staircase and its own private parking space, this bright apartment is in a well-maintained and secluded residence, it has a separate bedroom, a sofa bed and a travel crib. Close to all shops ( crossroads, bakery, restaurant ect ) from the port and the 4 lanes connecting Caen. Every Friday morning, a market is set up with its local products a 10-minute walk away. I live 7 minutes away by car, so very responsive except for unforeseen events

Beachfront studio

25 m² studio located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator. Beach opposite the residence (courtyard side window). Free street parking, secure common courtyard to put your bike. The bed (140 × 200 cm) is made on your arrival, provision of a bath towel and a hand towel per person (regardless of the length of your stay). Monday to Friday, access to the studio is possible from 6pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm. Checkout is at 10:30 a.m. ⚠️ No Wi-Fi

Consisting of an entrance, fitted kitchen (with multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). Living room with sofa bed, 1 table, 4 chairs and 1 TV. Bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, toilet. Bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed and 2 large storage columns. Bed linen provided. Towel kit for an extra charge of €5/pers.
