House "plume wood" is a contemporary house of 150 m² located 800 m from the beach. The totally wooden house is very bright thanks to its large bay windows. From the garden of 600 m² and the south-facing terrace, the view is completely unobstructed on the plain. In the village of Saint Aubin sur mer you are within walking distance of all amenities (food shops, pharmacy, doctors, physiotherapist, restaurants, casino, cinema). A quarter port allows you to shelter your vehicle.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!
