This is the second time I have stayed in Renata's apartment...and I would happily stay there again. The location is wonderful, the deck is fabulous, and the bed is quite comfortable. it has everything I needed for a long stay. (over 1 month total).

Great place to stay! Sea view on one side, mountain view on the other, and a beautiful beach just 25 meters away—what more could you want? We even spotted dolphins from the balcony! The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The owner is very friendly and supportive. Access to the house can be a bit tricky, so it’s best to check in during the daytime to familiarize yourself with the route. Once that’s done, accessing it at night is no issue.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The place was clean, tidy and well maintained, which immediately made a positive impression on us. The very nice and helpful owner deserves a special mention, who made sure that we lacked nothing. A huge advantage was the large terrace, where we enjoyed spending time and eating meals. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or sunbathing. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and friendly accommodation in the Mlini area!

Absolutely loved my stay at Irena’s beautiful garden apartment in Dubrovnik! From the moment I arrived, Irena went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable as a solo traveler. Her warm hospitality and thoughtful recommendations truly enhanced my experience exploring the city. I was especially grateful that she arranged transport for my very early morning departure, which was such a kind and helpful gesture. The apartment itself is peaceful, well-kept, and surrounded by a lovely garden oasis. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Croatia!

Mara and Mijo are great hosts! Mara offered that her son Mijo can come and pick us up as we were reaching late at night and were travelling with an infant. Next day morning I had to catch a bus and wasn't sure if they accept card for payment, Mara was so nice to leave me some money to make the journey, as I didn't have any cash with me. Both Mara and Mijo were supper responsive and always replied to our queries. The only discomfort that we faced was that the property is little bit down the hill, so you have to take stairs which is not a problem but since we were with infant it was bit of a workout for us. But again that is also the beauty of the property because it makes it away from all the unwanted noise. You can also access a beautiful small pebble beach just down the hill. Overall it was a good experience!

Zeljko was a great host - very responsive and quite helpful. The place is conveniently located. It’s a 20 mins walk to the old town where you find all the touristy sites and at the same time, in a quieter neighbourhood so one can enjoy in peace.

Stunning views, amazing host! Thoughtful welcome treat, well-stocked kitchen, plentiful hot water, American-sized trash can (trust me, you'll love having it compared with those tiny European ones). Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, space to stretch out and relax inside and outside. But two things catapult this place to stellar territory: the host and the views. Toni kept in touch throughout our stay via AirBNB messages, offering tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt like he really wanted us to be happy in his home. As for the views, here's the best way I can explain it. One day as my husband and I sat on the terrace debating our afternoon plans, we realized we already were exactly where we wanted to be doing exactly what we wanted to do. The view of the old town never got old, and it changed depending on the time of day and the weather. One tip: Leave your fancy sandals home and pack study sneakers instead. Lots of steps - but so worth that view from this perch!

Mlini is magical and Margarita’s place was a pleasure to return to after long days of exploring! It was a little challenging to find the place initially, not realizing it was in a gated area. Margarita was super responsive and tried talking us through the directions, then came out to the gate to meet us in person (even though it was late)! She was so kind and friendly. She also thoughtfully provided fresh fruit, juice, breakfast snacks and beer. The location is fantastic, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of food options, beaches and the boat dock within walking distance. One thing to note, you have to go through one bedroom to get to the second bedroom. This wasn’t a problem for us though, our 13yo daughter didn’t mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again…hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was very spacious, well equipped and clean , with very comfy beds . The pool was lovely and clean, with lots of sun beds that you could have either in the shade or sun. Cavtat was beautiful, and easily walkable, though it was a steep climb back up! There was a very close supermarket that was very useful! Would definitely stay again if visiting Cavtat again.

We were 10 adults and had a lot of fun and the perfect villa. Everything was as described and even better. The kitchens are superbly equipped, the pool is simply great and the best thing is the direct access to the sea. Communication was perfect, just recommendable

Maxim’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 ladies so all had own bedroom and bathroom. Living area, patio and pool area were all perfect for our group too. Location is fantastic, beautiful surroundings and short walk to pretty shingle beaches and some wonderful restaurants. Quiet, peaceful location. Natalia and Maxim were responsive, helpful and informative. Also allowed us late check out due to late flight as villa was free for couple days after we left. They also got some shopping in for us on arrival as we didn’t arrive until late eve, and arranged airport transfers. Wonderful stay thank you!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Villa Matej. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location and views were beautiful. Walk down to nearest shop (Studenac Market) in 20 mins, or get an Uber to Dubrovnik Old Town in 10-15 mins. We enjoyed swimming at the pristine beach over the road and relaxing poolside at the villa. We also did a private day trip to Bosnia (Kravice Waterfalls & Mostar Old Town) which was so worth it. We stopped at Ston on the way which was picturesque and full of historic charm. Matej was helpful in recommending local boat trips and restaurants but we sadly ran out of time for a boat trip. We will just have to come back!

What can we say, Marina is the perfect host. We were checked in to our beautiful apartment early and also provided a private room to use on our day of departure as we had a late flight booked home. We had apartment 1a on the top floor and it was immaculate, clean, light and airy with the most beautiful views. The pool area was fantastic and we’re we spend some of the hot afternoons cooling down and sunbathing. Personally we loved the scenic 15min walk into Cavtat to enjoy our evenings. The beach was just a short few minutes walk too and there we also took advantage of the sea taxi over to Dubrovnik. Finally Marina arranged for the private transfer to and from the airport which added the perfect finishing touch to our experience at this lovely apartment complex. Trust me all the great reviews are legit and this is a great place to stay we will definitely be back.

The small apartment is very nicely located between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, both super easy to reach by bus. Mlini and Srebreno are also worth at least one visit and are within walking distance. The surroundings are perfect - quiet and well connected. We were very pleasantly surprised, as the apartment is newer and more modern than in the pictures. Everything you need is there, the view from the balcony is a dream, the pool is super clean and almost right outside the front door. The hosts are available at all times and respond very quickly. We were picked up from the airport and also taken back in the middle of the night - thank you! We highly recommend!

Our holiday was everything we could have asked for, relaxing, peaceful with all the home comforts. Sara was super responsive and helpful. The terrace is a beautiful place to overlook the Adriatic and watch the world pass on by. Highly recommend it.

Paulo’s place was perfect for our first stay in the Dubrovnik area. It is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to relax! We used Uber to get around. It was easy and convenient for our stay. Paulo was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed and we loved his restaurant recommendations! Our favorite part about Paulo’s place were the lush outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. I would definitely consider Paulo’s place again, if I’m in the area.

Indescribably great location with sandy beach right outside the door. Surroundings quiet, secluded and beautiful for walking and hiking. Right in the area, the hotel with restaurant next door, on the beach opposite a konoba (with freshly grilled fish and seafood) and the small bar. Twice a day a small boat docks (connection to Dubrovnik), which we found well thanks to Ivan's instructions. The other place on the island is about 25 minutes' walk. There you will find 2 restaurants, another sandy beach, the only small village shop (fresh goods such as bread come daily with the 10:30 ferry and prices are of course a bit high) and the official ferry (connection Dubrovnik - Elaphiti Islands). We had a quiet, relaxed time. If you are looking for deceleration (there are no cars on the island, only smaller means of transportation) and seclusion away from tourist crowds, this is the place. Even if, of course, excursionists visit the island every day.

Ivo and Cvjetana were friendly, helpful and quick to respond throughout our stay. The Apartment is perfectly placed for Sunset Beach and has a number of great restaurants plus supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Clean, comfortable and well kept. Highly recommended ! Just around the corner is Sunset Beach, with a number of bars and more restaurants. It's only 5 minutes walk, but it will take you much longer if you stop in the bars like we did ! Number 6 bus into the Old Town can be caught from the end of the road and an uber varies between £5 - £15 depending upon time of day, usually around £8. Copacabana Beach and Coral Beach Club are a short ride away. The beaches are pebbles, not sand but have sunbed, food and drink concessions. Try to avoid the Old Town when cruise liners are in during the day, plus it's much nicer in the evening when it's cooler. There is significant building work in the area as it is being developed, but nothing disturbed our stay.

this was our second time at Marko's place and it was amazing once more! very private, clean and comfortable house, very helpful and responsive host. highly recommended and we will be back for sure!

We loved our stay at this apartment, amazing view, place looks 10 times better than the photos, really nice and caring host, immediate responses and follow through for everything. Loved the free parking spot on the roof, came in very convenient. Place is stocked with absolutely everything you need and host has been extremely accommodating. Would love to stay there again!

Ivica is very attentive to his tenants. We arrived 3 hours before the scheduled time and we were able to settle in immediately. The apartment is very well furnished (like at home). You'll even find sunscreen in the bathroom!! The terrace overlooking the sea is the most remarkable point. We don't want to leave it anymore... We took some beautiful excursions nearby. When we drove to Montenegro, Ivica gave us directions to avoid a long wait at customs. There is a very large selection of activities and we very much appreciated the fact that there are far fewer people than in Dubrovnik itself!! Recommended without hesitation....
