The location of this property was beautiful. Lovely to wake to the stunning view of the river and we especially enjoyed jumping in for a quick dip. The outdoor area was wonderful. We loved the hot tub! There are small supermarkets nearby plus a couple of bakeries which were great value for money and delicious. Dubrovnik old town is about a 20/25 minute drive away. We used a combination of both uber and buses to travel in. Katrina is a very helpful, friendly host and very responsive to messages. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house in arguably the best location on the harbour in Šipanska Luka. Great accommodation with fantastic quality bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and wonderful views from the balcony. The village is gorgeous, very relaxed and authentic with lovely beaches and restaurants. We hope to be back one day!

Our group was six adults…..there was plenty of room with en-suites for each bedroom. The villa was gorgeous, very well kept and had fixtures and fittings of a high standard. The view of the Adriatic and old town was worth every penny. Sanja was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. She organised airport transfers and even someone to carry our cases up the stairs. Would highly recommend both Sanja’s place and Dubrovnik itself.

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Great villa. Nice accommodation, fantastic pool and outside space with shades. I stayed here with my husband and 9 year old and my sister and her family. We all loved relaxing in and around the pool. It was a good base from which to explore the local area and we ventured across to Lopud (the beach at Senj is lovely - sandy and shallow) and into Dubrovnik old town. Uber is the best way to get around without a car, although the local bus service is also reliable and frequent. Petra gave us some great local recommendations- she was very helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

We all (5 of us) had a great time at Gavin's place. Very peaceful and great of Bay of Kotor. Plunge and infinity pool very good and very welcome as we had great warm weather. The last 50 yards might initially be a bit daunting to drive up (steep) but you get used to it. Couple of supermarkets quite close (via car) for supplies. Very close to main border crossing into Croatia but usually much faster to drive to the other less busy crossing (Karasovici) especially anytime Friday/Saturday during August. Both Maria and Oleg (neighbours) very nice and helpful and registered our passports at local tourist for us due to traffic queues. First time to Montenegro and loved it. Lovely Villa too. We would all love to return the future.

We loved our stay at Villa Oasis thanks to Mihaela’s exemplary hospitality. The location is perfect for access to Dubrovnik and nearby attractions. Mlini/Srebreno promenade and Dubrovnik Old town are both about 10 min by car. Villa Oasis itself is every bit as you can see in the pictures and has all the essentials you may need for a long stay. Mihaela has gone to to great lengths to ensure every little detail is taken care of in terms of kitchen essentials, laundry/washing items, toiletries, towels, pool stuff, barbecue, icemaker, and so on. There is an A/c in both bedrooms and one in the living room, although in April we did not have to use them much. In short, at no point you would probably feel like there is something missing. Mihaela is a super host: she welcomed us with cakes and wine, made sure we had all relevant information about local sights and was always proactively helpful. She went out of her way to look after us. Thank you Mihaela! We had a great time.
