Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Quiet apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have external roller blinds. Every now and then you can hear the train passing by or the highway. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Wulsdorf train station. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the nearest bus. There is a large, well-maintained playground 50 meters away. An independent check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time. Pets are not allowed.

Our cozy vacation home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

Quiet cottage / vacation home Renovated in 2024, this weekend cottage in a green setting features one bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a living room with satellite TV (smart TV), and a bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, and is designed for two people. The new conservatory can be opened onto the terrace, which is perfect for barbecues in the summer (grill provided).

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
