(*June 14 - Sept 1 we only rent weekly: Sat to Sat). Located on the Intracoastal Waterway, across from Sea Isle City, this house is a waterman's dream. Private home on property of Larsen's Marina; boat rentals (or slip), tackle shop, breakfast and lunch cafe, and endless free parking. Clean, bright and spacious with multiple decks to watch the boats go by and gorgeous evening sunsets. Bring the family for a stay to remember forever. Just steps from the Delaware Bay beach. View sunsets every night from your second floor deck. Built in 2024 enjoy our new two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept living room/kitchen/dining apartment. Located 15 minutes from Cape May & Wildwood. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

The condo was beautifully decorated in a modern and sleek style. It was absolutely spotless and had all the amenities. The one issue we had with the television was resolved quickly. The host was extremely pleasant and polite. The location was somewhat noisy and busy with traffic because it was close to the main road entering and exiting Cape May.

Let’s just say we had such a great time that we already said we will return! Brad was super responsive and flexible in accommodating our needs. The boathouse is so cute in person, photos don’t do justice! Chilling on the deck watching the boats go by is just perfect. The house is well kept, clean, with thoughtful touches such as having mirrors everywhere. Even though only 1 full and 1 half baths, no worries while waiting for your turn to shower, since you can still get ready and don’t miss a beat. We were 4 adults and no issue with taking turns. Beds and linen were comfy. Kitchen and deck gets good light while living room is cozy. Upstairs bedrooms get great light. Awesome instructions and recommendations and a few cape May books help us plan activities on arrival. We didn’t get to try the bikes or use the beach tags (will do next time). We can go on and on but you get the idea. Don’t think twice, just go!

Great place to stay. We enjoyed walking to the end of the block to watch the sunset over the bridge. Was able to ride my bike from the house to the boardwalk for a morning ride. Half bath in the master bedroom was a definite plus. The house really packs a lot into a small well laid out areas.

Ceandra was very responsive and accommodating! The house suited myself, my wife and 2 year old just fine. I would suggest bringing a cart of some sort to bring your stuff from car to house if you’re staying for a few days and/or have lots of stuff, definetly not a big deal, just a suggestion! We enjoyed the hanging out on the deck and the dock! Great location to jump around to all the different beaches. Overall a great experience!

This was a perfect place for what I was looking for, place to stay with my mom during a late summer weekend. It is close to both Cape May and Wildwood by car, but also in a very quiet neighborhood, with a nice view out the back of the marshland and the canal. We saw some herons and egrets right along the water for instance. Carley did several small touches to make you feel at home/welcome. The flag billowing in the breeze out front made it welcoming, and my mom appreciated the little bench to sit outside in the morning.

Great place! The location and view are unbeatable in Lewes. Beautiful sunset (and daytime and nighttime) views from the big balcony. The condo is simple and uncluttered, small but comfortable and has everything you need. Wonderful to be able to get this location and view at this price.
