Condo vacation rentals in Lower Matecumbe Key

We had a great time! Awesome community with walkable restaurants and bars. We loved the local beaches. The people at the complex were super nice. Our four boys loved running from the pool to the beach. Everyone we met was very nice. Great instructions and recommendations. Loved it!

The condo was well equipped and in a quiet spot. We loved the beach and didn’t have problems finding chairs. It’s not a huge beach so it wasn’t noisy or crowded. The pool is also very nice! There are beach towels, rafts and sand toys in the unit which was great. There is an area under the building with ping pong, a mini pool table and other games too. We have older kids but would’ve loved to have found this place when they were little. It’s perfect for young families with the pool and small beach. We definitely had a chance to unwind during our stay. Desy was super responsive to my questions and messages.

Great spot to spend days for vacation. Great service by office staff. They took care of all requests we had in the most friendly manner. The hotel is located right on the water, so views were great. Nice pool and great vibe. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Marathon. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, souvenir shops, etc. Very clean, well kept living space and lovely balcony for morning coffee. Pool area is great to relax in. If you are looking for a home base to have while enjoying all that the Keys offer, this is a great place to stay!

What a great find I almost want to say nothing and keep this wonderful place to myself but like all great things the word gets out I hope to come back and do it all over again next year a true wonderful find

This is located in a great area of Marathon, Fl . A nice and safe area . The building is older but it has been updated and looks great. The beach area is awesome, a very nice beach with lots of sand with a few steps down to the ocean , this is a great private beach

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Second time staying at the property.! Clean, confortable. Kitchen had all the ammenities.! The AC was great.!!! No complaints., I will be back again during summer time.!!!

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

This condo was everything it said it was. Very clean. Great location, clean and serviceable furnishings and an awesome view. One thing that really struck out for me was that the kitchen had everything that you would need without being stuffed with a lot of extra stuff you don’t need. Also the pots and pans were very clean and almost new. Michael was very responsive to all our questions and made sure that we were happy with everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone interested in staying in Key Largo.

Such a lovely location along a creek with access to kayaks. We enjoyed taking them out and just watching the water from the balcony. The place had everything we needed and was a short distance from Key Largo.

Daniel's place is a great find. It is part of a friendly, gated community. The unit is across from a pond. It's just steps from the pool. The kitchen is small, but has a new coffee maker, stove, dishwasher and fridge (full size, ice maker, water dispenser). There's a super quiet, brand new washer/dryer, too. Several types of coffee in the cupboard, whole bags. There are plenty of dishes and different types of glassware for drinks. There's a heavenly screened in porch that faces the pool courtyard. It is well shaded. The entry porch has a table and chairs and catches sunset. Bikes, pool noodles, a cooler, boogie board and fishing poles are on porch. There was a basket of pool towels, too. No assigned parking spot right at your door, but you shouldn't be too far from the unit. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. Bedrooms were comfy. TVs in each bedroom and living area. Older carpet in the upstairs is the only flaw (as possible allergy trigger vs decor issue.) An amazing place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice. There are a lot of activities nearby ranging from kayaking, to snorkeling, to boating. The pool in the complex was great! We would definitely stay there again.

Paradise, I stayed for five weeks. July 27th-Sep 3rd. Entire Moonbay Is a condominium resort. It is huge and has everything you could ask for. The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool is gorgeous and brand heated. No one is there in August so I had the entire place to myself. The snowbirds don't return until October. kid's were in school and I was in heaven. Thank you Arthur for sharing your little slice of paradise. I will be back permanently ASAP.

This location is the jewel of the Keys. Private, safe and with an incredible view of the ocean and sunrise. I’ve stayed many times in the area and this is absolutely the best. Owner is extremely helpful and available for any questions. Condo has a well stocked kitchen for cooking with great restaurants nearby. Big, fluffy oversized towels are provided. Being on the second floor near the stairs made that the easiest route in and out. Great group of people we met at the pool, many returning every year for extended stays. Just a wonderful place and hoping to return again next year. Thank you so much, Jeanette!

Check in/check out was easy! Nice and clean, pool and hot tub area was clean and the pool was nice and warm. We will definitely be check CoolVacay's properties for our next vacation.

Caroline’s Airbnb was in a perfect location, it was doors away from family and we spent 3 amazing days scuba diving in Islamorada. I would definitely recommend.

I was a little bummed out about the non refundable vacation as I thought the price I had agreed to pay was for two days…. Requested a refund and they declined the request. We found out the waves would be too big for the purpose of our trip of going on a fishing charter for our son’s 10th birthday…. Bummed we didn’t get to do that but he got sick anyways so we just enjoyed the scenery. I was a bit nervous about the vacation and the amount I paid however…. After getting there and spending the one night there we were extremely pleased with the place and how clean it was and the top quality furniture and everything else. We will be back but we will make sure we take more time off to really enjoy all that this place has to offer. Thanks again ❤️

Went to Cynthia's place 1/18-1/21. It was better than the pictures. The Kawama community, the lagoon and Key Largo are beautiful. First time visiting Key Largo and there's much to do.,,fishing, snorkeling, biking, and visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. I went with my three sons for a long weekend for fishing and went to Key West. The lagoon is few feet from the patio to enjoy a swim. My boys loved it. Cindy kept in touch with me to see if everything was good. I had a great time and her place is is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. Go and enjoy!
