Monthly Rentals in Lower Garden District, New Orleans

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. The host was very responsive to my several inquiries and easy to deal with. Location was GREAT! One block from St Charles street, where you can catch the street car to French Quarter. And just three blocks from the wedding venue which is why I came to NOLA. Host provided iron and ironing board at my request for wedding clothes, but in the end I didn't need them. Highly recommended!
