Jessica was a wonderful host, super responsive and accommodating (we had to change the date a couple of times!). House is excellent, exactly what we needed for a night near the dam. Really well equiped kitchen, lots of games and the table tennis table & dart board were loved by young and old too! Thank you!

Silverton is beautiful and peaceful. Located in a quiet picturesque environment amongst the hills located well back off the road. The charm of the cottage was it's warm homely feel from the second you step on the front verandah. The kitchen has sufficient cooking facilities and some pantry items. Bathroom also had toiletries. Beds are comfortable with lovely linen. The antique furniture blended with some modern furniture on the lovely old timber floors has been achieved with a sense of homeliness to create a holiday environment. The rotunda and outdoor fire pit are a great area to chill out.

Staying at Robert's place was a uniquely wonderful experience. The place was immaculate inside and out. Robert provided many little extras and thoughtful touches to ensure his guests have a comfortable stay. The layout of the buildings meant that you feel very private. The highlight is the view of the extremely well maintained cactus garden and little private deck out the front. We only stayed one night but were left with a very memorable experience. Lovely sunset and sunrise walks up the hill behind with wildlife abounding. I even saw a platypus in a dam up the road. If you are ever passing by, this place is not to be missed. Excellent value for money and Robert is the perfect host, friendly, helpful but unobtrusive and respectful of privacy.

We had a wonderful stay with 3 mums and our four soon to be 13 year old daughters. View was stunning, cute alpaca, lots of character, comfy beds and everything we needed. Peaceful location and great value for money. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We had a great night out at the Exhange Hotel Kilcoy. Courtesy bus, delicious food and hilarious trivia game show that was family fun for everyone. Lovely getaway and we would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us!
