While secluded and peaceful, it’s within easy level walking distance of Henley-on-Thames and its famous stretch of river. The property is ideal for couples or up to 3 guests. In the summer our wonderful HEATED swimming pool is available to our guests. It is not always possible to have private access as it is used by our grandchildren but please ask.

The Cabin, Henley on Thames is a gorgeous space for you to enjoy your holiday. Surrounded by nature, guests have the pleasure of pheasants, deers, foxes and Red Kites. Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

It’s a lovely quiet location, just over a mile from central Henley - a 5 min drive or 20 min flat walk. The self-contained annexe adjoins our family home and offers a large ensuite bedroom, lounge / diner and a fully equipped kitchen. Add to this magnificent views & sunsets over the Assendon Valley, grazing horses, fantastic walks and an amazing Gastropub on your doorstep.
