Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach can also be reached. However, the way back in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. The communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. Overall, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

We have already stayed in Nejc's beautiful house for the second time. It's just a feel-good oasis! A great house that was furnished with great taste. Everything you need to feel comfortable is there. The idyllic garden delighted us every morning and our dog loves it there. To get to the coast you have to plan 20 minutes by car, but it's definitely worth it. Nejc is a great host who is always available and still absolutely preserves the privacy of his guests. We will definitely come back! Thank you Nejc!!!💖

Ines' accommodation is a bit hard to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private place to stay where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and stays pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing vacation. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

We were very happy with the accommodation. Everything looked like the pictures.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Reccomend this stay and in Senj to! We stayed with a 6 8 and 14 year old and they all had a great time. We took nanny with us and the set up of the smaller apartment on ground floor was perfect for that! Thank you again for your wonderful home to stay in.

We spent 8 wonderful days with you and enjoyed every day in the seclusion of Poljane. Wonderful beaches are a maximum of 25 minutes away. Superb and quiet place a short distance from beaches, restaurants and other amenities. Deni's apartment was super complete and in addition we could make full use of the outdoor kitchen. This made us feel completely at home. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

very nice little cottage, in an absolutely quiet idyllic location, overlooking the sea. You can move freely anywhere in the garden with total privacy. If you are looking for peace, quiet and relaxation, this is the place to be and in a few minutes you can drive to Brsec, where there are two restaurants and a small village shop. Very friendly welcome by the landlady. We'd love to come back

My family, friends, and I were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this owner's place. The house was perfect for our group, and everything was just great. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay right at our fingertips. I especially want to highlight how clean and cozy every room was. The owner is an incredibly kind person—he gave us great recommendations, treated us to some cold beer 😄, and was always available to help with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Jadranka’s house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to relax and have a break from the daily life. The communication was very smooth and Jadranka warmly welcomed us in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need a car to access the house and explore the surroundings. The house is well equipped, but don’t forget to bring your own basic products (salt, pepper, olive oil, detergent for the laundry). The swimming pool will help you cool down on warm days (even if the air conditioning in the house is already a big plus!). Overall a very nice stay!

Meri is a wonderful, sweet and kind person. She greeted us with homemade juice and liquor. Also she gifted us some delicious brownies during our stay. Meri was very helpful. The streets to the Airbnb are very steep and narrow, you should not be an inexperienced driver. It was at first not super easy to find but Meri picked us up and showed us the way. All in all, we had a beautiful and peaceful vacation with a gorgeous view.

The landlords were available at all times and came by in person when we had an issue and solved the problem. It all worked out and we had a relaxing time with 4 of us. A car should still be available,as the place is relatively high up. The place is definitely recommended and we are looking forward to seeing you again.
