A very good house! I already have some experience in this type of rental and I was impressed with how much the house is equipped with simply everything. The house is beautiful, according to the photos. Extremely cozy and quiet place. Everything very clean and working. It makes you want to live there... lol Congratulations on your place!

Our stay was amazing! Perfect for 2 couples! Erica is super kind, polite, attentive and good people, very quiet! The cottage is very complete and has an outdoor area that is surrounded by trees, a barbecue (we also used it), even though Erica lives in another house on the property, we have privacy! For those who like an accommodation that is close to the center, but quieter, it's great! If you go on foot to the center of the city, it takes a maximum of 20 minutes, and there is a market closer too! We loved the space, beautiful, clean and organized, we would definitely return to the place!!

The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

The stay at Hans' house was simply unforgettable! It couldn't be better, and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, allowing a unique exchange of ideas with the house's own designer, Hans. We were completely enchanted by the house and its structure, in addition to being a true refuge in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The house also has a perfect area for projections, providing unique experiences. We hiked to the beach in front and the scenery is literally a paradise! Hans was super attentive and anticipated all our needs. He even ordered a pizza for us, since we arrived late, in addition to giving several incredible tips about the region, those that only those who really know the place could offer. In addition, we received a gift for life, a friend (Hans). Without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. An apartment located about five blocks from the center, you can easily walk there, if you stay in the center keep in mind that Pipa is chaotic in that area at night, due to the traffic of people

The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a comfortable balcony and a very nice living room. The location of the apartment is very close to the center and there is a pleasant feeling in the apartment complex.

The flat is well located, the condominium is beautiful and the pool is a delight! The communication with the host was quick and he gave us local recommendations. Great place, follow the instructions to get there, I ended up getting lost for not following. The palace of the arts is a painting gate, pay attention to that. Marília was great at the reception, and gave great tips, remembering that it is close to Baía dos Golfinhos, and the closest tourist attraction is clearly the plateau, being the closest place. Pipa is a quiet place, the apartment is clean, has air-conditioning, great for couples, with a great bathroom. That said, the place is great, Pipa is quiet, there were no difficulties in terms of safety, comfort, access to beaches or choice of restaurants, and the place that Marília offers is perfect. Anyone with a projector to complete the night is great, and the only need is personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, brush and paste), the rest is offered.

The flat is very good, everything is organized, large bedroom and bathroom, right in front of the pool that has a bar. Quiet location, very nice. The air-conditioning works great! Everything is clean. It has kitchen accessories to make breakfast, parking, the condominium is very large and beautiful. Easy access to restaurants, shops, etc.

Amazing experience! Super attentive host, spacious and clean apartment, condominium is a true paradise, wonderful pool, super wooded. Close to everything and super cozy. Only positive points in the stay, for sure if I return to Pipa this will be the place where I will stay.

Everything is perfect, exactly as shown in the photos photos. It has an air fryer that helped us a lot, we easily prepared meals for the beach or afternoon snacks. A large refrigerator with a freezer would also help. We could bring frozen water to the beach, which is very useful. I would have liked to have toilet soap, since we arrived early in the morning and would have liked to be able to bathe. Another suggestion would be to have two clotheslines, since with the towels and beach clothes, one is not enough. But these are details that can be used to improve. Also, and essential for Argentines, an electric kettle, it is cumbersome to heat the water in a pot, but well, details... The place is comfortable, the bus stops at the corner, which is very useful to go to the most distant beaches. The pool has good hours, until 10 pm. Everything excellent. Very satisfied and looking forward to returning.

Best location in the back of the residence for calm. Large flat with great rooms and space and pretty. very comfortable. Amazing huge pool really fabulous and clean. Location in Pipa is direct walk (steep stairs, good exercise) to the amazing Pipa Amor beach so absolutely idea for access to this amazing place (have a swim every morning). Receptionists make it great to get food and shopping delivered. Tatiane is extremely responsive and kind and helpful. Not a big issue but jacuzzi place on top not really convenient to use. Should not be the attraction. Just use the pool. We hope to return!
