Excellent stay. Apartment matches the listing. José was always very attentive and quick to communicate, even offering a treat on arrival. Free rotating parking, but always with spots available. One thing that sets it apart is the restaurant next to the pool with great breakfast options. Very friendly reception staff.

A private pool is visible with a bright pink flamingo float resting on the surface. Surrounding the pool, a spacious outdoor area features lounge chairs and a covered patio area, along with landscaped greenery under clear blue skies.

The house is SENSATIONAL. Townhouse Impeccable in every detail.. beautiful, modern, well-lit, well located, complete in utensils and appliances, great showers, in short.. impeccable. In relation to the Raphael host, he was very helpful and supported us from the beginning to the end of the stay. I recommend it and we really want to go back.

Edwards place was great. Right in the centre of Pipa. Nice clean and tidy, walking distance to bars, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. About a 20min walk to the beach. Wifi and AC worked great. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Best location in the back of the residence for calm. Large flat with great rooms and space and pretty. very comfortable. Amazing huge pool really fabulous and clean. Location in Pipa is direct walk (steep stairs, good exercise) to the amazing Pipa Amor beach so absolutely idea for access to this amazing place (have a swim every morning). Receptionists make it great to get food and shopping delivered. Tatiane is extremely responsive and kind and helpful. Not a big issue but jacuzzi place on top not really convenient to use. Should not be the attraction. Just use the pool. We hope to return!

Cristian was very attentive to the stay. Polite, responded quickly to my messages, and sent clear instructions on how to use the solarium. The location is good, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The condominium/apt is well organized, clean and is the same as the photos. I hope to come back more often! I would recommend it!

the flat is great, very cozy, the bed is amazing, the hydro works great, everything went well. The only problems we had were with a leak that occurred because of the rain on the day and with the large amount of insects (because of the locality having a nearby forest), but it was also great. If you don't have this bug problem, the place is amazing! it would go again, for sure.

We had an amazing 2-month stay at Mirante de Pipa with our tiny dog, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The place is even better than the pictures — the chalets may not be brand new, but they’re full of charm and character. The location is perfect: close enough to walk to downtown, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It also feels super safe, both in the resort and in town. The internet is reliable and fast, which was great since we worked remotely. The Sunset Bar, which doubles as a coworking space during the day, offers the best view in town — perfect for winding down after a day of work or exploring. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. We honestly felt at home here. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, safety, great views, and a charming atmosphere. We'd love to come back!

Krista and Jelle's apartment is better than we thought, the place is very nice and easily accessible. They are always attentive and very helpful, we would be happy to return and the days went by quickly. Thanks to both of them and highly recommended!!

The stay at Hans' house was simply unforgettable! It couldn't be better, and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, allowing a unique exchange of ideas with the house's own designer, Hans. We were completely enchanted by the house and its structure, in addition to being a true refuge in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The house also has a perfect area for projections, providing unique experiences. We hiked to the beach in front and the scenery is literally a paradise! Hans was super attentive and anticipated all our needs. He even ordered a pizza for us, since we arrived late, in addition to giving several incredible tips about the region, those that only those who really know the place could offer. In addition, we received a gift for life, a friend (Hans). Without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

I spent an amazing weekend at Mr. Antônio! The accommodation was simply perfect, very well cared for, comfortable and cosy. Every detail was designed to provide a pleasant stay. Our weekend was wonderful and I'm already looking forward to coming back one day. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a peaceful and cozy place!

We really enjoyed the weekend in the Villa. The condominium is about 10 km from the center of Pipa. We miss a barbecue in the house. It does not have a private pool but the condominium pool is very good Giant and the warm water. Regarding cleaning, bedding, kitchen accessories, the house serves very well.

A clear blue pool is set against a backdrop of lush greenery and palm trees. A hot tub is positioned adjacent to the pool, surrounded by natural stone paving. Vibrant flowers enhance the outdoor space, while a gazebo is visible in the distance.

Villa Francesco - Beautiful house waiting for you!

The house is beautiful for the photos, but in person it manages to be much better. It has a large green space around (much bigger than it looks), super well maintained garden. The house is all made of wood, with a super tall, gorgeous right foot. All very comfortable, clean and smelling rooms. We went with a very large group (>15 people) and the balcony table allowed everyone to sit together at meals. The house is about 10 minutes from the center of Pipa, so it's quiet to walk. We had extra help from Jurandir (excellent person and full hand cook) and Messiah (friendly and helpful, helped us with the cleaning) and we didn't regret it. Definitely a place that makes you want to return!
