Lovely apartment, in a good location both peaceful and walkable to the beach and restaurants and the port! Vasiliki always responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful to us!

All excellent. Spacious,very clean apartment centrally located in Chalkida, very close to the beach, all accessible with a few minutes walk. Communication is accurate and efficient. I highly recommend it for one or two people to visit beautiful Chalkida.

I had a great time. All that's missing is the coffee pot, and an indication for activating the hot water (it's located in the electrical panel, no need to look for a boiler or gas boiler to activate). The center can also be reached on foot, it will be 1200 meters, and you will find everything near the house. Easy parking.

Outstanding hospitality! The house was accessible and in the center of the village. It had amenities that you can not find in other houses,such as a hair hairspray,sanitary napkins,hair dryer-even other accessory to the curly hair dryer. The balcony is excellent,clean and quiet. With very nice lighting at night. Very clean space with a full closet such as extra sheets,pillows,duvet,towels, and a kitchen fully equipped with cooking supplies and a wide range of utensils for cooking. I highly recommend it and have already recommended it to other people!

Nice and very central place in lovely Skiathos. A super base for restaurants, shopping, beaches, and close to the harbour. Because of its central location you will hear people and scooters in the evening, but we slept well 😊.

Very friendly, attentive and helpful host Domniki. In addition to a warm welcome as a greeting, she left refrigerated drinks and sweets in the fridge. Very touching care! The apartment is in perfect cleanliness and order, spacious, bright. All devices are in working condition (air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, etc.), bathroom, shower are spacious and have all the necessary amenities. The linens are fresh and clean. The kitchen is spacious, bright, with new dishes, with good electrical appliances. Three or four people can freely fit on the balcony. We always found parking easily, right under the house. You can reach the city center on foot in 5 minutes. The experience of our stay at Domniki's place is the best. If we have to visit Edipso again, we will try to stay here. Thanks Domniki! Nice apartment next to everything on foot, in 1 minute bakery and mini market , in 5 minutes port. In a quiet neighborhood. He doesn't miss anything and Niki is there for everything friendly and helpful! We had a great time, we recommend it!

Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. big and cozy apartment beautiful and charming village

I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

We had an unforgettable vacation in Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good amenities of the house and the entire ambience ensured a perfect vacation. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We especially liked the pool and the barbecue corner with stone oven. Communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

Lovely location of the edge of the village. Beautiful view from the terrace. If you want sun it’s there if not you can sit under the lovely large umbrella. Clean apartment and has a fully equipped kitchen should you want to cook. Washing machine was a bonus. Tavia was very welcoming and kindly met us in the village square to walk us to the apartment. Around a 10m walk from the shops and tavernas. If you are staying more than a couple of nights, I would suggest a car hire to be able to go to and from the beaches as taxi costs mount up. There are buses, but there are only a few a day at odd times. The village was very peaceful. There are coffee shops/bakeries/a cocktail bar/couple of tavernas and more. Try the gyros eatery in the middle square…nice atmosphere and great view whilst eating. Thank you Tavia for a lovely stay:)

Stunning little balcony with sea view in a quiet little corner. The host had recommended the right restaurants next door. Beach accessible by a small path 5’away and at the return alfresco shower at the bottom of the house. So cool!

We were pleasantly surprised by the environment, the calmness of the place. The beaches are great for enjoying it and watching the fish. Very very quiet and beaches almost for us alone this season. We particularly enjoyed our stay in Elinika and recommend this place to spend a quiet holiday in a truly unspoiled island that has lots of charm and potential.

The host was quick to respond to requests and greeted us on site. A great apartment in the middle of a quiet neighbourhood of Chalkida. Everything very conveniently furnished and the city center can be reached in a few minutes with pedestrian zone, shops, supermarket and tavernas. We also really enjoyed the nearby beach. All windows have mosquito repellent nets, which we very much welcomed. Unfortunately, in the room with single bed, it is not possible to completely darken the window (only a curtain). Through the east side it became bright a little early. We will be happy to come back to Chalkida and this apartment.

Very beautiful area with quiet, safe parking, clean sea and a very nice tavern just opposite the house.

THE SPACE WAS VERY GOOD FOR OUR NEEDS. I THINK IT IS IN A VERY GOOD SPOT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE EXCURSIONS WITHOUT GETTING INVOLVED IN THE CITY. THE POINT OFFERS TRANQUILITY AND RELAXATION. THE HOSTESS - GISTINA VERY HOSPITABLE !!!
