Well designed apartment, well-equipped kitchen with essentials, dishwasher, bedroom with very useful wardrobe, a beautiful well appointed terrace with sofa and very cozy cushions, with table for lunch. Charming host with tourist tips and restaurants, and very responsive to questions. A very enjoyable week.

Thanks to Philippe for offering me to check in early and for letting me enjoy Sunday until 6 p.m. because the timing of the reservations allowed it. It's rare for owners to be so friendly. Thanks again , see you again.

Isabelle's accommodation is very clean, a perfect size for 2 people. It is very pretty and very well-equipped. It is a 10-minute walk from the Étang de Thau. Communication with Isabelle is easy. She is present, discreet, available and gives good advice.

Lovely old house. It is very near the harbour with all the main restaurants and two lovely, family friendly beaches. The beds/ mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen could do with modernising, but is sufficient. The dining and living areas are practical and comfortable. I did find it very hot on the top floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located and would have been more comfortable with air conditioning. But the fans in the bedrooms did help. Guilhem is a responsive, flexible, generous and helpful host. We are a couple with sons, aged 10 and 7 years of age. We were exhausted from a very early flight and very grateful for the early check-in she permitted. Guilhem also allowed our friends (with 2 sons) to shower in our Airbnb because they had a late outbound flight and were unable to secure a late check-out with their own Airbnb. We really appreciated Guilhem’s flexibility and kindness towards us and this was extended to our friends. We had a wonderful week's holiday.

The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. Everything is as advertised. 2 large beds so perfect for 2x2 people. 2 steps from the city center, the docks, restaurants and the great Halle. The only black point is the almost obligation to park at the Halle car park (€18.90/day). Only once did I manage to park on the street at night. I would 100% recommend this listing.

We stayed at this place for our friends' wedding. The listing was in a great location! Helena is very friendly and available. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to rent it again!

Excellent welcome from the owners, with information on the sites of Sète and especially the route to walk to the city center. The rental is spacious, clean, as described and is located in a very green and peaceful area of Mont Saint Clair overlooking the sea. We would recommend it without a problem.

Great stay with family. Very well located across the street from the beach. Enclosed garden ideal for children. The house is very nice and Hélène is adorable. at its best.

Everything was flawless, I highly recommend, everything is easily accessible, very clean house, very relaxing place, I will come back!!

Looking for a peaceful place, with friendly hosts and a touch of humor? While remaining discreet but very friendly? This is Corinne and Didier's place. We had a great stay, in this little barrel that is more than enough since all around we had 11 hectares, a swimming pool, a petanque court with balls, but also the visit of the two dogs from time to time (lovely) and sometimes the very nice and well trained horses. We left with a 4-month-old baby and although the surface is limited it was great, Corinne had installed a travel crib. And the bedding… top-notch. We love to change places to travel but if one day we look for tranquility to settle down, this is where we will come back. Thanks again to Corinne and the faucet manager 😉 for hosting us. Gregory's villa is really great. We were able to enjoy a long, quiet weekend. The villa is also very well located and we discovered Narbonne and the surrounding villages with stars in our eyes! Apartment as described. Very well equipped and clean. Friendly host who doesn't hesitate to check in to make sure everything is going well for his tenants and very responsive when needed. Accepted our arrival with 2 dogs (large size, which is becoming difficult to find). All this at an attractive price, very appreciable for me as a single mom, my children were very happy to be able to enjoy a stay by the sea and our dogs too. Thank you for everything.

Clean and maintained studio with furniture in very good condition, functional everything had a pleasant stay. Great views of Thau pond. Parking space in front of the apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly, the accommodation is very clean and has been renovated recently. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access, the parking space in front is quite convenient. Housing is close to everything: 15 minutes from Montpellier 20/30 minutes from the beaches 5 minutes from the shopping center Value is great! We highly recommend this listing!

Very good communication with Christel who is available, attentive and very friendly. We only stayed one night in the apartment but are delighted with our stay, the instructions are clear and make it exactly what we expected; except for the view from the terrace which is much more beautiful in reality than in the photos (especially with the beautiful weather we had). This experience makes me want to come back for a longer stay. Thank you so much!
