Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Loupian

We had a great weekend , the 2 cottages communicating by linterieur are super convenient and very comfortable. Everything is functional and lots of things are available. The icing on the cake , ice-filled freezers, child protection barriers at every top staircase 👌 And of course the amazing outdoors! we hope to return with better weather 🥰

Everything was perfect and we were very well hosted. A beautiful exterior with barbecue, terrace and positive. The house is perfectly suited for 4 couples.

This is the second year we are coming to this house and we were delighted again.

We had a great time at the loft in Florence, and we will gladly come back. Quality amenities, very tasteful decoration, sublime exteriors, we were won over!!! The owners are very kind and helpful. Special mention for the many outdoor spaces that are beautiful! I would highly recommend.

Very clear communications and flexible. Manu even offered a late checkout which was useful. The lodging was splendid, everything new and architect-like designed.

The house is very cute, charming. There are two stairs to go up to the rooms, but in our case it was not a problem. The rooms are suites, which is very comfortable. The village is very quiet. We chose it for being close to Roquebrun. The area is very nice with beautiful landscapes. The only thing we didn't know was that the heating couldn't be turned on, but Stephanie explained everything to us and was very attentive, flexible and did everything to make it a good stay. In addition, the fireplace can be lit and is very nice for meal times. Highly recommended!

Very nice house, compliant with photos.(see better) and description. Everything is available at home, and thought to feel good there.(beds made on arrival, provision of bath and pool towels) A beautiful exterior very well maintained, a beautiful heated pool. Our teenagers also enjoyed grapefruit ( the cat) as well as the chickens. We had a great vacation under the southern sun. Thank you Charline and Antoine (your son) for hosting us.

Everything was perfect. The studio is newly renovated and very tastefully done. It is located in the heart of this really pretty village Rita was so welcoming. Everything could not have been more perfect ! My friend and I had a real fantastic time there and can highly recommend this place.

The apartment was impeccable, clean and with everything you need, including some complimentary details (coffee, tea, bottle of wine...). The accommodations that have been made in the house have achieved very good results. The area where it is located is very quiet, although the narrow streets make it difficult to reach by car. The rooms are enough for about 6 people with spaciousness. There are three full bathrooms. And a terrace that, in good weather, goes very well for eating, sunbathing or barbecuing. The host, Priscille, very kind and always ready for what was needed. In sum, very good option, a few kilometers from Beziers.

High-quality accommodation, practical and original in the permanent light it offers with these 280°, sublime at sunrise. Everything is specified or discreetly labeled, we are intentionally expected. The decor is understated and takes us on a journey. Everything is extremely comfortable. The welcome from his neighbor is warm and very proactive. The building is very quiet, convenient parking. We've wanted it for a long time and we'll be back.

Andy is really a quality host, kind, smiling, responsive, adorable. The apartment is great thanks to its spa bath which is great and an additional point that is not negligible for smokers: a terrace to smoke outside quietly. I really advise you to rent this charming little apartment in a very good location to have access to all the amenities tram, bus station, restaurant, activity, zoo 15 minutes by bolt, in short it's great. Fabien was extremely nice, attentive and helpful. We had a fantastic stay. The house has spectacular views not only over the sea but also the harbour, which makes it very enjoyable at night. The location is extremely quiet, because there is no thru-traffic. It's high up in the famed Mount St. Claire but the town and market is still in walking distance. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the rooms. The house was recently renovated with high-quality furniture. The best part is the pool with state-of-the-art technology. Our 8-year old daughter had the best time. Everything was exactly like on the photos. We will go again.

Very nice, pleasant, pretty house... We were 4 couples and we had plenty of room. Very flowery garden. With the chickens we had fresh eggs, a treat. We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We had a great time at Le Mas. Claire and Stéphane are very welcoming, share all the useful information and places of interest in the area before arrival and are very responsive during the stay for any questions. The Mas is very beautiful and functional for a group of friends as well as for a family. The location allows you to enjoy both the quiet and the freedom to make noise without worrying about disturbing the neighbors. We also loved the petanque court! 😊

Very good stay, excellent hosting. Flawless accommodation, very nice with pool and air conditioning. Well located, only downside is that it's near a cooperative and bottling is sometimes noisy but the owners are not to blame.

This villa is ideally suited to a family holiday. It is spacious, clean and well-equipped and has a lovely pool which is a good size. There is a sunny patio. Alexia the host was excellent at communication and kept in touch with us throughout without being intrusive. The villa was very peaceful and spacious. The area around is lovely. The village is a 10 minute walk away along very quiet streets and has a small supermarket as well as numerous independent shops including an excellent boulangerie as well as a number of food shops.. We coincided (August) with a series of festivals in the village – a weekly festival of food and wine in the town centre and an annual festival including bull running. There is a huge hypermarket about 5 minutes’ drive away,. There is a tram which we used to get into Montpellier which worked well. The tram is just under a mile from the villa and the walk is through the village centre which is very picturesque. We very highly recommend this villa.

Quiet accommodation, very comfortable. Perfect for a large family. Very nice well-equipped rooms, a spacious living space and a very large kitchen. Very well equipped accommodation inside and out. For cooks, a kitchen very well equipped with utensils and dishes.
