Wonderful little cottage, which was authentic with some handy modern touches, and very well thought out all round. Dee & Bradley were great with communication and very friendly. There was a lovely homely feel to the place. We would highly recommend.

James' house was perfect for us. It is a beautiful and peaceful location, close to town in Skibereen, but also close to Lough Hyne. Lough Hyne in the summer months has fantastic night skies with stars, and the water in the lake has bioluminescent plankton. There are night kayaking tours that are a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean, and modern. There is a large grassy yard and a nice area to sit outside. James took the time to be there when we arrived, he showed us around the house and explained how everything worked, and there was even a treat of delicious baked lemon cake waiting for us when we arrived.

Aimee’s boathouse is the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and truly cared for. Aimee clearly has a gift for hosting—evident in every thoughtful detail, from the beautiful interior styling and luxurious linens to the homemade treats and indulgent skincare products. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking—lush, open, and serene. We felt completely immersed in nature. The amenities made our stay effortless. We especially loved the cozy firepit and the perfectly appointed little kitchen, ideal for preparing simple, comforting meals. The outdoor seating area quickly became our favorite spot—perfect for enjoying a sunset drink and, as it turns out, a proposal! We feel incredibly lucky to have gotten engaged in such a special place. Thank you so much to these wonderful hosts for creating such a magical experience.

We loved our stay in Baltimore. Aisling and Donagh’s cottage is surrounded by stunning scenery, a short drive from the harbour and Lough Hyne. The cottage itself is very cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Aisling and Donagh were very helpful and welcoming hosts. Look forward to returning!
