It was so nice to spend a few nights at Ali and Raymond’s place. We felt like home. It was so clean and cozy! Ali and Raymond have been wonderful with communication and receiving us at the property when we arrived was really a very personal touch. It’s a very strong recommendation from us. If we are around the area we are going to book it again. Thanks Ali and Raymond!

Holly Tree Cottage

Cate and Marco Rating, 5 stars1 day ago
excellent accomodation, very comfortable, clean and close to a beautiful beach and a great forest just off the beach. All amenities, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops are close by. We didn't eat out in Lossiemouth, but we did get a couple of takeaways. The Ocean Pearl, takeaway, was delicious and an excellent standard of food. the Galley fish and chip shop, near the accomodation, offered us a brilliant, crispy fresh, fish and chips - we definitely recommend a visit there too. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate in returning to this apartment. We have also highly recommended it to our family and friends.

The Apartment - Highland getaway, in quiet setting

Kerry And SteveRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Catriona’s apartment was absolutely perfect. She had thought of everything to make her guests comfortable from providing a generously stocked welcome hamper in the kitchen to courtesy products in the bathroom to Netflix, Prime and Alexa. There was even a champagne stopper in the cutlery drawer which we were pleased to make use of! The Apartment is a warm, cosy and relaxing retreat. The village of Nairn is 2 mins by car or just an 8 minute walk to the local Sainsbury’s. Nairn is in a lovely beachside position and is also a perfect spot from which to explore the Scottish Highlands. We couldn’t be more enthusiastic about recommending Catriona’s apartment and this very special part of Scotland.

The apartment @Granite cottage, Nethybridge.

JohnRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Very comfortable 1st floor apartment, spacious and clean. Set in large well kept garden, plenty of parking , with access to separate garage, scenic surroundings by a river. River walk starts directly opposite the house. Joins on to a forest walk which we did 3 days during our short stay, Host provides a very detailed information booklet which was very helpful. Note the Spar shop is permanently closed . Negatives were the getting access on arrival, key box is located at the top of the steps to the apartment, low down and somewhat difficult to see especially if it is dark and in our case raining heavily . (Not the hosts fault). Heating is on a timer and seemed to come on very early, apartment was very hot on first morning a problem for one of the guest , but could be managed by adjusting the thermostat in the lounge. Overall it was a wonderful few days in Nethy Bridge. Weather not great but it was made bearable knowing you had a warm comfortable place to return to. Recommended.

Self Contained Seafront Top Floor Flat

Ian's place, Ceol na Mara, is my favorite stay in Scotland, hands down. Ian greeted us on our first night and has been a great person to get to know. The location is superb, the flat is so warm, comfortable and perfectly appointed with all the things we needed. The local bistro is right across the road and is a lovely place to eat. The beach is just a few steps away and is a delightful spot to walk or sit with a cup of coffee or tea. Ian has been a gracious and generous host, who made us feel so at home and welcome. I will definitely plan to return. So splendid!

It is a very quiet area and kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home if that's your thing. Stay in our Tavern!

FrancesRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Our family spent 3 nights at Burn House for 3 nights between the 2nd and 5 th of January . There were 9 of us coming to Forres for a surprise birthday party . From the start of arriving and departing the experience was excellent . The accomdation was spotless and even though we had 9 people we never felt as if we were on top of each other . The location is great being above the pub so we could go down for a drink or food anytime during the day / nights . I would recommend this property to anybody and hopefully we will be able to stay again .

We enjoyed every second we spent at Scott’s place. I can’t say enough about how comfortable and well thought out everything is. The property had all the facilities you could possibly need and then some. Scott was very friendly and helpful and the welcome pack he left was a wonderful touch. The beauty and serenity of the region is unmatched. Can’t recommend Scott and his properties enough! Can’t wait to be back.
