For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

Saint Gor is a small village 10 minutes from Roquefort, 25 minutes from Mont de Marsan, and an hour from the beach, the mountains and the Bordeaux metropolis. We will be delighted to welcome you in a simple and respectful manner. Lou Chibaou equestrian center is 1 km away, Cap Cauderoue tree climbing is 4 km away as well as Golf d'Albret. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.

L'Etape du Moulin is a semi-detached cottage located on our property. Ideal for a single person or couple, it has a private entrance, parking space and cozy comfort whether you are passing through or staying for several days. You can enjoy a terrace that may be shared with the other cottage and access the bucolic garden and private pond for a short boat ride, a nap by the water.
