Ad Arzello, a pochi chilometri da Acqui Terme, c'è una casa con un grande tiglio davanti. Da quell'albero prende il nome. Il piano terra è tutto per te: soggiorno con cucina, due camere, bagno, dispensa e giardino con posto auto coperto. Fuori dalla porta partono sentieri per mountain bike e passeggiate, il fiume è vicino, il silenzio è quello vero della campagna piemontese. My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).

Our newly renovated apartment, with luxury finishes and furnishings, is located in ACQUI TERME, in a historic building that has belonged to the SCATI family since 1614 and was built on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater, directly overlooking the ancient THERMAL SPRING. It is spacious and comfortable. Being in the historic center of the city, all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) are within walking distance.
