Monthly Rentals in Los Tornos

Very pleased with the place and the attention of Keylin and her mom. We were able to observe a lot of bird species in the morning and at night we slept very comfortably, this place is 10/10.

10/10 recommend staying at Casa Curre. While you see the amazing views and mountain cabin in the pictures, what you don’t see (yet) is that this is the BEST host you will ever get. Erick was immediately responsive and helped us book cost-friendly, fun excursions not just in Monteverde, but ALL OVER our Costa Rica. Extremely knowledgeable of the area and so helpful he helped us inflate our tires upon arrival when they looked low. Truly amazing service!! The kitchen may look small but the hot plate and air fryer allowed us to cook 3 meals a day for a family of four, no complaints. Loved having extra towels - we didn’t have that at any other Airbnb. Of course we appreciate AC in the bedrooms and TVs with Netflix. The mosquito net on outdoor jacuzzi tub was VERY helpful! Some bugs get in the home (as expected), but I can see they spray for bugs and have spray available- no problem. Easy route/road to the home, just minor steep driveway. Truly a great home and Costa Rica experience.

We had a pleasant stay. The loft is very clean. It is set back from town which allows you to be quiet and close to Monteverde and the different hikes. The view of nature from the home is stunning! Note that the pathway to the accommodation is a track and it is best to have a suitable vehicle.

We were very positively surprised! From the covered terrace with great views over green hills, a glass door leads into the spacious kitchen and a second into the living area with bed, small sofa and adjoining bathroom. Everything was very new and modern. The hosts welcomed us personally and gave us information about the place as well as the surroundings. Also, for example, when we asked later for additional kitchen utensils, they responded very quickly and super friendly. But most of all, we had contact with the female dog who greeted us every morning on the terrace - we quickly became best friends. We would definitely return! We arrived by rental car and were glad that we had a little more ground clearance. The road to the property is only partially paved. Like most other roads away from the big main roads ;)
