Monthly Rentals in Los Pargos

I stayed at Villa#2 for four weeks both as a solo traveller and with family joining later. The villa is private, yet conveniently located close to restaurants and local attractions. It contained all amenities, including clean, comfortable beds, modern appliances and regular housekeeping services. I felt very safe at all times. Carlos was responsive and available when needed. I would highly recommend Carlo’s villa.

Place is roughly 5-8mins off the Playa Negro. Same for restaurants and stores. Beauty nature around with monkeys. Place itself is really nice! Bed could be little more comfortable but we enjoyed every minute. Maria and Jeremie are very nice hosts. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! Camille and Pascal are very lovely people and excellent hosts. We watched endless monkeys, horses, skunks, frogs (thanks again Pascal, for saving me!),geckos, iguanas, birds, etc. as we floated in the pool and listened to the birds. The property is beautifully maintained, and well-equipped. There are a few good restaurants and a great coffee shop close by, and the beach is about ten minute walk from the house. We brought a some grocery items from home - fajita mixes, pasta flavour packs etc., which we were thankful for, as the basics are close by but it’s a bit of a trek to a big grocery store - having said that, we didn’t have a car for three of our four weeks, if you do you will be fine. Camille recommended Serendipity Charters to us - if you like to sail this was a fabulous afternoon! Also ask them about the release of the little turtles! We highly recommend this property and hosts!

Peaceful and clean, great hosts. This was my second visit. Some great restaurants and shops within 10 min drive
