Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Los Pargos

We stayed with our family for three nights during spring break and had a wonderful time! There are some great restaurant recommendations (don’t skip Estero Azul!), and the house was walkable to the main strip of Playa Potero if you didn’t mind walking on no sidewalk roads for part of the journey. The kids loved the pool, and at least when we were there the beach was almost deserted and an easy walk from the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room darkening curtains were actually darkening!!

Beautiful house with a great private pool! We stayed with four toddlers and appreciated that the door to the pool locked with a key--only downside to keeping the door closed though is that we couldn't open that whole set of doors facing the pool to cool off as intended, so the downstairs got hot. But if you don't have little kids that won't be an issue. We had a problem with one of the ACs but host was responsive and we got it fixed. If you are staying with kids be aware that the walk to town is on a busy road with not much of a sidewalk, so driving/taxi/hiking backpacks may be useful. The hosts give a lot of info and the place is exactly as listed, but it would be nice if check in could be easier to do on our own with lock codes, etc. Small thing but it would be great if shampoo were available as an amenity. Great place though and we would definitely stay again!

Una casa super bonita y acogedora, tiene todas las comodidades para 10 personas. La cocina esta totalmente equipada, el lugar es tranquilo y muy seguro. Sin duda, una estancia que recomendamos al 100%.

This was our third stay at Casa Redonda. Obviously, we come back for a reason. Part of that is the staff. Ale is our primary contact and a pleasure to deal with. Katherina is in charge of housekeeping and, apart from doing a great job, is wonderful to deal with. Alejandro, maintenance, was always there when we needed him. One of the nice touches is that they use the quietest cordless blower I’ve heard when they clean the patio in the morning. The location can’t be beat. Close to the beach, restaurants, stores but yet peaceful. The beach is great but we spent more hours in the pool than anywhere else. We hope to come back some day.

Pristine condo! 4 adults and 5 teenage boys fit comfortably. Short drive to the beach, security is awesome, pool was perfect. Highly recommend.

La casa es muy bonita y según la descripción. Excelente ubicación, cerca de supermercados y playas. Amplio espacio en la sala/comedor aunque un poco caliente porque no cuenta con A/C en esta área. El refrigerador es un poco pequeño cuando viajas en grupos grandes. La comunicación con el host fue fácil, rápida. Definitivamente la recomiendo.

Great spot right in the middle of marbella easy walk to the store. the beach is a little further but still walkable. Red has e-bikes for rent that make everything a-lot more accessible. The pool and half pipe are awesome additions! Red was a great host can help you with anything you need. Already planning our next trip here! Cant wait to come back to this amazing place.

Alojamiento con cocina bien equipada, Doña Blanca Rosa muy atenta del hospedaje. El apartamento esta a unas cuadras de Playa Potrero y a 10 minutos de Playa Flamingo. El lugar esta cerca de muchas playas hermosas.

Una buena estadía en Las Catalinas, personal muy amable y disponible; la casa y la playa todo perfecto, el único pero los gastos ocultos que te cobran con el check out.

elodie was so helpful with this booking. We had to book our stay last minute due to construction at our home. We were able to get checked in same day and so glad we did. The unit was very clean and felt just like home. Would absolutely recommended to anyone coming to the Tamarindo/Langosta area for a trip.

We stayed here for 5 weeks and loved every minute of our time! The condo was nice and bright, ground level, a/c in every room, mere steps away from a lovely, well-maintained pool. Sunset, our host, was always incredibly easy to deal with. There were a few things that we needed and she always provided them. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fairly well equipped (there are a few things that could make it better, but honestly, it was fine). We highly recommend her condo.

Casa Cameleon was perfect for our Spring Break surf trip! Sharr was very responsive and super helpful! The area was beautiful and so peaceful. We had everything we needed and felt right at home.

Karen’s place was super clean and provided everything we needed to live comfortably like we do in our own home. Plenty of storage for our clothes and bags which helped the place feel uncluttered. The kitchen included many amenities we were grateful because we love to cook. Everyday we bought fresh amazing fruits and veggies and pastries in the local markets nearby. We were cool and comfortable during our stay and the layout was very nice and spacious. She provided plenty of linens and towels and the charming laundry room off the kitchen sure came in handy. It is centrally located in Samara and one night we watched the night life and a parade from above. What we found so special about Samara was how the people live healthy and have a glow about them. The fresh clean food the air the water is pristine and the people live in harmony with the wildlife.

Chris’s place was an amazing condo that truly felt like we were at home. The area is beautiful and safe and secure. The beach is stunning and ocean water is clear and warm. The condo gives you access to the beach club and spa which were all fantastic and the condo is well stocked for eating in. I recommend a golf cart to get around … easier than walking in the heat!!! Chris was a wonderful host … quick to respond to all my questions and provided some great tips and connected me with someone to arrange rentals and excursions … I would highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing stay in Playa Conchal ….Pura Vida Chris and thank you for sharing your home with us !!!

Our condo was roomy and very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well maintained as well as nicely decorated. The pool was very nice too. I liked the gated and secure aspect of the building. It made us feel safe. The location is really central to everything in Tamarindo …. And there is lots of activities and amenities near by close walking distance … no car needed. Overall fantastic place to stay with wonderful host to help you out. Hope to be back again next year ..

David was easy to coordinate with, told us everything we needed to know, and even carried our bags after a long drive and days of adventuring! The condo was spotless and temperature controls were easy. Views out the front windows and from the pools are beautiful. While we weren't there long enough to cook, it looked like the kitchen was very well stocked - thank you for the bag of coffee so we could enjoy a cup by the pool each morning! We appreciated the beach towels and the ability to do our laundry before heading back. Very pleased with our choice of accomodations for our short time in Playa Flamingo!

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

This is the third time we have stayed at Diana’s place. As a host, she is incredibly responsive and friendly. The condo is perfect for families, the pool is outstanding and the beaches are perfection.

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.
