A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

Ediel and his wife were very attentive, they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. The place is very beautiful . From the moment you arrive, you feel peace and tranquility. It was very relaxing to be in a cabin at the foot of the lagoon. I must also emphasize how impressive the surroundings are, the landscape is very beautiful. I hope to return and be able to stay longer to enjoy that great experience again. I highly recommend it 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay — the place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for disconnecting. It’s surrounded by nature, which makes it ideal if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing escape. A couple of things to keep in mind: having a car is definitely recommended, as the property is about 30 minutes from downtown Bacalar. Getting around without transportation could be a bit difficult. Also, the house has an open-space design — there are no doors or fully enclosed rooms — so sound travels easily, and you’ll likely hear everything going on in other areas. Just something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise or traveling with a group. That said, the service was excellent. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They allowed us to leave our luggage well before check-in and even gave us wristbands to access a nearby balneario, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, it’s a wonderful place with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We’d definitely stay again!

Amazing stay, with amazing hosts, and amazing staff. We had a wonderful time and felt like we had everything we needed right there at the spot. Amazing meals, amazing massage, and an amazing kayak trip across the lagoon! Hoping to return!

A stone pathway leads through lush green grass towards a traditional palapa structure. The surrounding area features palm trees, with a scenic view of the water visible in the distance. Bright pots add a splash of color to the inviting landscape.

We loved the house, Estefano and Julio always pending. The place is beautiful, on the shore of the lagoon in the first meters a natural pool is made since it is not profuse, the use of the included kaiaks is a plus, I recommend arriving with all the purchases made since there are no shops nearby, it is an extremely quiet area, the kitchen is very equipped with everything you need to prepare food, although you can order food at the restaurant next door, the super clean rooms and the impeccable bathrooms with hot water at all times, as well as the fact that each room has its own is excellent, we were a group of 16 people and we were all very comfortable. The property in general is well maintained and many things look new. The road path to the house is of terraseria and you can feel like you enter the jungle. Amaras los sunrises and sunsets. perfect place to disconnect and spend a few days with family or friends. I will definitely be back! 10/10

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Efrain was extremely friendly, provided detailed instructions and suggestions in area. The home is beautiful and located on private property, on lake Bacalar. Tons of places to sit outside with hammocks to relax. Highly recommend Efrain’s home!

Our stay was a 10, everything was clean, with everything you need for a stay of several days. The pool area is very nice and clean. The house has mosquito nets, air conditioning, and fans, which is very good because of the outdoor climate. From the moment you enter, the welcome is kind and cordial, attentive to our needs without invading our privacy. Not only did they refill a jug of water for us, they also placed it there for us. They have the basics in a mini store inside the subdivision, the other guests respected pool hours and no loud music. The road to get there is narrow but in good condition, they have surveillance cameras, so when we approached with the car, the gate opened immediately. Personally, we didn't need anything. Thank you, we'll be back. Ah, the Beach Club is very quiet and has good service.
