Apartment Fantastic: Sun, Beach, Wind&Dive

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Cliff House, Gran Canaria

Small and cozy accommodation ideal for two people. Its tranquility and the relaxing sound of the sea help to disconnect and where the rest becomes very pleasant. From here you can access the entire north coast with its beaches and natural pools, the villages of medium, mountains ¡'Own essential vehicle' !! ten minutes from the city of Gáldar and Santa María de Guía, where you will find all the services. * The accommodation is not suitable for Guests with reduced mobility.

La ERASuite A. Luxurious apartment and big terrace

Terrace RENOVATED in May 2024. Elegant and new Studio Design with a huge terrace to enjoy the weather of Gran Canaria. Central, with all services around: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops. Bus and taxi stop just in front of it. 10 min by car from the airport and 15 min from best beaches. Located in the center of Vecindario, in front of small park place, just beside of Tourism information office. For long stays you can have a cleaning service for a small charge.

It is located in a unique place on the coast, a few meters from the water, in an area of golden sand, black (volcanic), and stones.

The Emblematic House Los Araña is located in the historic center of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, with all the services available just a few minutes walk away. It is a centennial family house that has been carefully renovated and decorated keeping the style of the typical Canarian houses of the last century, for all this the house has been awarded the tourist quality mark (Sicted), this quality mark is endorsed by the Gran Canaria Tourist Board.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

Finca Toledo Apartment

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.

Charming studio on the beach (aptos.salinetas)

A cozy and bright apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. WiFi and cable TV. Located on Salinetas beach, ideal for stays both for work (5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Las Palmas de G.C.), and for leisure (25 minutes from our paradisiacal southern beaches and 30 minutes from our mountains, ideal for hiking, cycling, etc.)
