Good and clean, great location. Unit A 1xx, faces the road and around mechanical rooms and hence noisy. The road may not affected me much, but the mechanical room right besides the condo was not good. Getting into the building the first time had issues since external keypad did not work for me. Some other neighbor let me in and then onwards it was good.

If you are looking for security, this is the place! The building is locked and the door to the room is very secure. The area feels very safe. Access to onsite amenities is a bonus. Coffee room with free coffee drinks, pool, spa, and BBQs available for use. A self-service Pet Spa if your pet needs a bath! You also have access to the on-site gym. Short drive to many restaurants in Palo Alto, Atherton, and Redwood City. There is limited non-assigned parking on-site. However, we were always able to get a space. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and WiFi worked well.

This apartment was amazing. I had alittle trouble finding the apartment since the complex is HUGE and has multiple buildings. The kitchen had all the right pots and pans to cook dinner. The only thing is that they didn’t have any seasoning like pepper or salt. Luckily I brought my own so I can throw down in the kitchen! The best thing was the atmosphere and the connivence of everything. As a guest you have access to the pool, gym, and out door fire places. The other tenants were also very friendly. A lot of younger couples and small families that work near by. On a hot Saturday the pool is packed with families. It felt like we were in a luxury hotel without the “ secret resort fees and paid parking”. I highly recommend staying here if you just want a small get away or traveling for work.

The apartment was clean, bright and open with plenty of space. There are many amenities to enjoy but during the COVID-19 pandemic most of these were closed. The pool at this time is open and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathrooms had deep soaking tubs and the kitchen was great for cooking gourmet meals.

Great place. I stayed at Mike’s place for a month and found the unit very clean. Everything was as advertised. The facility has a large pool, a hot tub, plenty or parking. Parking is unassigned and open to anyone but totally safe. We always found parking spots. Free EV charging which was not mentioned in the post but turned out to be a bonus. If you use the EV chargers there’s no need to register or open an account, simply plug in. There’s a large gym, I can’t remember if it was 24/7 but it was always open. The gym is open now and provides wipes for people to clean the equipment after use. Plenty of grass for dogs to poop in. There’s also an internet café which I really liked. If you need a quiet place to get work done this is the place. Free coffee too. The unit itself has a desk, internet, DVD player, smart TV. Everything I needed really. Plenty of extra towels and sheets. Friendly staff, I never needed them during my stay but just running into them in the hallway or parking lot they said hi and were welcoming.

We found this place and totally enjoyed it. It was spacious, convenient and many amenities, pool hot tub gym, BBQ roof top. Fantastic find. Only complaint not enough pans for cooking..

I really enjoyed my stay in this downtown apartment building. Loved the location adjacent to San Pedro Market Square, which has lots of restaurants and bars. The deck was a nice surprise, though there was no outdoor furniture. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. And, despite the location in a fairly lively area, it was nice and quiet inside the apartment. I would stay her again.

Clean and nice like a hotel. We had little trouble to check in at beginning due to first time using Latch system but overall it’s a nice place to stay. Convenient location which close to stores and supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Our stay was great. A good location if you’re considering different parts of the area such as San Francisco, San Jose and Santa Clara (we visited all 3). The unit was very clean and the designated parking spot was perfect for our small vehicle.

Everything was great apartment was beautiful. Support was helpful. Just wish check in was easier the latch system has its holes but overall it was a good experience!
