Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

We had a great experience during our stay in Lainate! I was in Milan for the Milan Fair and the location was ideal: quiet but close enough to the fair, which made getting around very easy. The host was very welcoming and attentive, communication was quick and clear. The apartment was clean, well equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. I especially enjoyed the local atmosphere: a beautiful area with restaurants and shops nearby, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the fair. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for a quiet and comfortable alternative to the chaos of the city, but with easy access to Milan!

Great stay, handy location for the metro to go in to Milan. Spacious accommodation and had everything we needed, incredibly well stocked kitchen and also lovely welcome package of essential food which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in a warm, comfortable home away from home. I would definitely stay there again. Walkable to the bustling Navigli district but still with bars and restaurants on your doorstep if you wanted to stay closer to home.

I was an exhibitor at Salone del Mobile and Luca's place was the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the fair but is also surrounded by amazing restaurants for dinner and aperitifs after a long day. His place was peaceful, clean and steps away from the metro that takes you right to the Rho. My wife who accompanied me during that week was also grateful for Luca's place; she was able to explore the vibrant neighborhood or take a short walk or metro ride to visit the rest of Milan. All in all, the place was perfect for me while I was working and perfect for my wife who was exploring. We're already planning on a return trip next year!

location was perfect for getting around with one of the main lines right at the end of the street. apartment was comfortable and had good storage closets and bathroom space. grocery store very close too! no dryer so be prepared to hang your clothes but that's the way you do it in Italy! Rocco and his daughter were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I would rent again for sure!

Just an amazing experience with great hosts

Camilla's place was lovely! We enjoyed the spaciousness, the en suite bathrooms, and the intentional design of the flat. The area was also super convenient — close to Brera, Milan Design Week events, and the grocery.

Marcelo is a great host, he accommodated my request to check in early, which I really appreciated! The apartment is spacious, very clean and very nice.

There are many entertainment facilities. The room is large and bright. The bed is very comfortable. The fatigue of the day can relieve the fatigue of the day after the exhibition. There is gas that can be done by some hometown dishes. There is a supermarket next to it within walking distance. Our whole team unanimously decided that we will stay here again in two years, making us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Location is outside of Milan but very peaceful. Host was very accommodating and very responsive. He helped when we needed assistance (ordered taxis for us). We would choose this location again.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful house in Milan! It fits our group of 9 perfectly. The rooftop and garden were perfect for relaxing and chitchatting with family and friends. The home is beautifully decorated, with cozy and spacious rooms that truly made us feel at home. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. We really appreciated the warm welcome – they even prepared a cake and drinks for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! The location is great, with tram and bus stations nearby and many walkable destinations. There are also fantastic restaurants just around the corner. The facilities in the house were excellent – we had everything we needed, including the ability to do laundry, which was super convenient. Highly recommended – we would absolutely stay here again!

We were traveling with another family. The place was perfect for our toddlers, too. We felt right at home immediately. There was enough space in and around the house for the kids to play. In general, the apartment was very spacious. The two bathrooms rounded everything off. Two towels had been provided for each guest, whether large or small. Very nice of Laura. She also prepared the beds for us as we needed them. The communication with Laura was perfect. She and her partner were very helpful and explained everything to us very well. In addition, you also left a little something for the children. We will be happy to come back to you. ❤️

We had a great time we were hosting 8 young doctors who moved between Galeazzi and the San Donato of Zingonia. the only downside is the traffic, but this is not the fault of the house entering the garage, however, it is not intuitive to find the house otherwise the house is beautiful and very equipped thanks for everything

There were five of us traveling to Milan for the furniture fair... We only had 20 minutes to get to the Rho trade fair!! It had enough space for our 2 cars... which were parked in a protected area. The house itself is a bit dated but in a very good condition and well furnished. (beautiful and large garden / everything protected with a fence) In the house itself, there are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on the lower floor, there is even a third bathroom. Living room and kitchen... great! We liked the stay very much and thank Alberto for his uncomplicated and reliable manner. We'll be back... :-)
