Villa vacation rentals in Loreto, Milan

We were very happy to have stayed in Stefania's house! I recommend this destination to those who want to spend days in peace. The house is large, very welcoming and super clean. Stefania was very precise, provided us with all the necessary information and made herself available for anything we might need. I'd add that she was also very nice, because she gave us a bottle of wine and brought us some lentils (super good) that she had cooked for New Year's Eve.

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

We were traveling with another family. The place was perfect for our toddlers, too. We felt right at home immediately. There was enough space in and around the house for the kids to play. In general, the apartment was very spacious. The two bathrooms rounded everything off. Two towels had been provided for each guest, whether large or small. Very nice of Laura. She also prepared the beds for us as we needed them. The communication with Laura was perfect. She and her partner were very helpful and explained everything to us very well. In addition, you also left a little something for the children. We will be happy to come back to you. ❤️

This time, I stayed with three people on a business trip. Basically, it was fully equipped, and I had a very comfortable stay in the room with enough space and tidy. It was a very busy time of the city, so we were late at check-in, but they responded flexibly.The communication was smooth and stress-free. There was also good access to the station, and there was a supermarket nearby, so there was no trouble. As mentioned in other reviews, I was worried about the sound because it was facing a road that runs a lot of cars during the day and at night, but the members who stayed this time didn't bother me much. Check-out was early in the morning, but they consulted us and arranged it so that we could check out smoothly. I'd love to mention it as a place to stay when I'm in Milan again.

There were five of us traveling to Milan for the furniture fair... We only had 20 minutes to get to the Rho trade fair!! It had enough space for our 2 cars... which were parked in a protected area. The house itself is a bit dated but in a very good condition and well furnished. (beautiful and large garden / everything protected with a fence) In the house itself, there are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on the lower floor, there is even a third bathroom. Living room and kitchen... great! We liked the stay very much and thank Alberto for his uncomplicated and reliable manner. We'll be back... :-)

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Beautiful home and even better view of the lake and surround towns. Really what we wanted to get a relaxing yet fun experience. Would definitely come again and highly suggest for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Sonia and Simone were wonderful hosts! They served an amazing breakfast for us and made us feel right at home. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lake Como!

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

This was a great stay for my family and I - it was just as peaceful and beautiful as pictured. Though it rained our entire time in Lake Como, the Villa, town Square and the ease and flexibility provided by Vicky were unmatched. You can set up anything you need with the host, including car transport, cooking and boating. They really go above and beyond - we got lost on the train there AND I forgot my bag with my passport during checkout. Vicky took care of everything. Highly recommend this charming Villa!!

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. They truly embody the ideal concept of what Airbnb should always be. Thanks to the whole family

Beautiful and nature-filled haven in Porto Ceresio surmounting Lago Lugano and surrounded by greens and mountains. The house is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and cozy. Our host Marco is friendly, professional, proactive and always willing to help on everything we need. It’s a perfect place for family and friends to make wonderful moments and memories. Highly recommended.

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

5 stars! - AMAZING VIEW. Private pool, spacious and over all totally worth it! It felt like being in a big summer cab but with a twist, private garden with breathtaking views and a private swimming pool. The only thing I would like to kindly point out (out of 100 great things) is that the toilet seat in the bathroom for the red dungeon room (yes, it’s even more charectaristic as on the images) which is shared with the childrens room doesn’t fit so you touch the lowest toilet base so the guys sat at the toilet at all times to keep it clean. (This might have been fixed when you read this). But again, this place was soooo worth every penny! - Thanks Josh!

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a lovely long weekend in the villa. Cristina met us and showed us around, pointing out the pictures on the walls of her ancestors. The place is enormous, with huge ceilings. The furniture is beautiful, with inlaid wood and delicate ornamentation. Most of the 20th century things are in the kitchen. It was like living in the 18th century. Best of all was the porch – a huge south-facing space, open to the elements, with curtains that could be closed if it rained or if the sun was too hot. We spend most of our time there, just relaxing in the bamboo chairs. The gardens were lush, with a special pathway down to a (locked) gate to the church. One evening we had a local trattoria bring us some local wine and food (as Cristina had recommended). That meal, like the rest of our stay there, was an unforgettable experience.

The villa was stunning!!! Having the view and the pool was wonderful! It was relaxing and surprisingly cool at night even with the July heat. There are a LOT of stairs if you plan on going back and forth from the center village. It was doable but just be aware if you aren’t bringing a car, it may be limiting for you!!! A lovely place, just be prepared!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

We stayed there for 3 nights, the location is perfect for relaxation and recreation. The house was sparkling clean and superbly equipped. The owner always responded quickly and very kindly to the messages. Bed linens, dishes, towels all clean and comfortable. Villa Giorgio was a little paradise, thank you!
