Sofie's house was just as described. The house was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for. There are many great places to eat minutes away. We spend our weekend exploring the Cleveland area , from the Rock and Roll hall of fame to Cuyahoga National Park. Sofie checked in with us to make sure we had arrived and were in. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and cozy. We appreciated that the house was stocked with many common forgotten items and had all the comforts of home. It is very close to the lake and the town of Vermillion which is so charming. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Diana was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The house was in a safe area with blinds and blackout curtains to provide added privacy. The well-maintained house was comfortable and close enough to the park and beach for daily walks with our dog. The home even provided supplies like crate and waste bags for your pet. The noise from the busy street was not even noticeable inside the home. We have heard train noise in all homes where we have stayed (even our family) over the years - it’s just a given in the area. This home has the best insulation and I only noticed the train twice while sleeping. The heat works great and we even set the thermostat 5 degrees lower than we keep it at home. We plan to make this our first choice for future visits.

What a find! A cozy, comfortable, clean, and safe spot to reside while visiting Oberlin College & Conservatory. We loved that it was walking distance to everything. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the porch swing was an added bonus! Only down side was the lack of blackout curtains, so the bedrooms were very bright, making it a little tough to get a good night's sleep. But the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was super well provisioned. Nice touch to have coffee & creamer provided! We look forward to visiting again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A very nice and restored historic place. Lots of decor! The house is big enough for small or large gatherings. A 5 minute drive to Lake Erie beach. You would be amazed as soon as you walk in the door. The host is pleasant and commendating.

I want to say our stay was awful...just so no one else will rent it and I can come back whenever I want but nothing could be farther from the truth! Aloha House is an exceptional home. As soon as we walked in, we were struck by all the natural light streaming in crystal clear windows and the peaceful views of the lake. The home was sparkling clean, beds were comfy with soft bed linens, and the towels were fluffy and all looked to be brand new. The attention to detail in this home was amazing! Not one single spider web inside or on the windows which is pretty impressive at the lake! And then there are the outdoor spaces. The landscaping was impeccable and beautiful. Thanks Debbie and Steve for this oasis by the lake! I hope to make your place an annual week end get a way!

Wonderful location for our book retreat - comfortable and plenty of sitting room across the entire house with a beautiful view of the lake. Loved having a bathroom on every floor and the fact that it was spacious enough that everyone had their own bed and space to lounge. Will definitely come back again!

We loved Han's place in Avon Lake. The house is welcoming, cozy, & very, very clean. Each room was comfortable, & well organized. Our favorite part of our stay was the bedroom. After a long drive, the room was so quiet, serene, & nicely decorated. The linens were very nice, & mattress very comfortable. We loved the TV in the bedroom, & appreciated being able to watch a show, & relax. We woke up so well rested. The pet friendly house, fenced backyard is so appreciate! Highly recommend Han's house if you are staying in the area.

Would give this place a 10 out of 10 it was so cute. It looked exactly like the pictures and they went above and beyond with all of the little touches for their guys we had a really relaxing few days. There are tons of things to do around this area. And when you’re done, you can come back soak in the hot tub make s’mores grill out. Feed the chickens and ducks! Loved it!

My 10 month old grandson is in Akron Children's Hospital and being able to get all of the family together within 30 minutes of the hospital was wonderful. The house was perfect for our traveling Thanksgiving meal with plenty of seating around the 2 tables. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bunk bed area was good for all of our grandchildren. Thank you Andrew for making a difficult situation more like a normal holiday.

Loved our stay in Moss Cottage! Was there for a tour of Oberlin with my son, location was perfect (5 minute walk to admissions office and Oberlin Inn). The house is set just off campus on a very pretty block but close to basically everything. House had wonderful original details (pocket doors, original hardware and woodwork) and was well decorated and maintained. Todd was the perfect host, friendly and communicated clearly. Perfect accommodations for a stay in Oberlin!

I've stayed at this property in the past and have enjoyed it enough to go back. Always clean and comfortable and within a short walk to Lake Erie. My Granddaughter made a surprise visit while I was there and just loved how Doug and his Wife have decorated this cottage. I grew up in this area of Ohio and this place brought back some fine memories.

I feel blessed after having a such good welcoming by Jesse and his family. We had a great stay and felt welcome right away by the message the kids left for us on the driveway using chalk. The room is in an annex of their home with an indenpendant entrance. It’s full of space with a kitchen, a couch and tv space and a big bedroom. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet and felt very safe.

We stayed at this location for multiple months, including Thanksgiving and Christmas as we were displaced from our home due to a fallen tree. During the warm months, there is a wonderful secluded backyard patio with waterfall and swing seat. This house easily became a home and we are grateful for the space and conveniences it offered.

We had the best time at Clover Cottage! It was sparkling clean, well appointed and we felt right at home. It was close to restaurants and then neighborhood is so friendly. I enjoyed walking our dog over to the lake. I can’t recommend highly enough! Karen was wonderful, responsive and accommodated all our requests.

We had an 80th birthday weekend for my mom at the home. The home was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. The kitchen and dining area's were spacious and well equipped. The home had children's books and toys which was a nice touch. Marcus was very responsive and courteous every time we reached out to him with questions, before and after the stay.

I was meeting up with a long-time girlfriend I hadn't seen in years and it was exactly what we were looking for to catch-up and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing weekend by the water.
