Beautiful Family Home, One level, Open Floor Plan

Step in and embrace the interior design style of this home. This residence showcases dark wood flooring and architectural wood beams, a blend of rustic and chic aesthetics. It has an open floor plan with two large living areas centered around the kitchen with breakfast bar. The outdoor space features a BBQ grill and a fire pit with plenty of seating and outdoor dining. For the kids there is a swing set and sandbox. Very family friendly. For sleeping, there are three large bedrooms. Groups over six have 2 twin and one queen sized air mattresses available as well as 2 large sectional sofas. My home is completely updated with all the amenities of a high-end hotel. There is high speed internet, a propane grill, a fire pit and a beautiful patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the scenic backyard . All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and the family room is equipped with a 70 inch Hi Def TV. We are very family friendly and can supply a crib, pack n play, high chair, or toys for your little ones. The huge backyard also has a swing set, playhouse, and a sandbox. It truly is a home away from home. Guests will have complete access to the home with exception of one owners closet and one dresser. I am very close by. We can have as little or as much interaction as you like. The property is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is located within 10 minutes of every major freeway, 5 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown, and only 20 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. Berea features two Lakes. Coe Lake offers a huge newly-expanded playground, an amphitheater, walking trails, a community pool, and a pavilion with grills. Just down the road Wallace Lake has a beach area and a waterfall with biking trails. There are also awesome locally owned restaurants. This location is within 1 mile of a bus stop and 5 minutes to the train system. My home has three bedrooms with three queen beds that will sleep six people. There are also two sectional sofas that will comfortably accommodate three more people. There are also air mattresses available to use.

Elyria, OH Private, Entire 2nd Floor, 2 bdrm Apt.

Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

Ahoy! Sailor’s Way is a relaxing, pet friendly cottage minutes away from the quaint, downtown Vermilion. Whether you’re shopping, eating, boating, or checking out the farmer’s market, Vermilion always has something going on, so book your stay! Although there is no beach access, at the end of the road, you can see Lake Erie! The cottage is close to public beach access, the lighthouse and several parks. Approximately 45 minutes to the Miller Ferry Port and 35 minutes to Cedar Point.

This newly renovated and well appointed home will make you feel like you never left yours. Enjoy each others company in the Open Living/Dining Area. The large kitchen is ready to accommodate a quick bite- or a full on feast. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have their own Roku Tv. The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

Welcome to our stunningly designed apartment on the bottom level of a duplex. Located just 1 mile from the freeway, you'll feel like you're on a peaceful retreat in the park, yet still within a short distance to all the city's top attractions; including Miller Nature Preserve, Avon Brewing Company, Avon Community Waterpark, Play CLE, & Lake Erie.
