Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.
