What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host provided clear and concise instructions, making the check-in process seamless. The house itself is beautiful, offering a perfect balance of privacy and comfort. Renting the entire place gave us the space we needed, and it came equipped with all the essentials. This was the perfect place to stay. This home is beautifully decorated, and such a nice little quiet retreat. I felt like I was staying in a home that was showcased in a magazine. The beds are so comfy and the pool is serene. I had the most relaxing weekend ever, thank you Nicole!

Felt like a home away from home right when I walked in, exactly what I was hoping for!

The place was very impressive and clean. The place was very easy to find. Close to down town and was very near to the grocery. The neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked, there was even coffee and tea there for us to use in the next morning as well as during the tine we were there. The place felt like home. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked as well. The owners take a great pride in how the place is kept . Would go back there again.

We were so grateful to have a space to stay while work was being done on our home.

Absolutely lovely - place was incredibly clean, pool and outdoor patio were spotless, WiFi was perfect and the air conditioning certainly did its job. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

Our kids and family loved the house ! Pool was nice size that over looked the lake was the best part. It close to Disney about 15-20 mins . House was huge 6 bedrooms and every bedroom had a bathroom . We will hopefully come back again

Had more than what we needed and was a great spot to recharge from the daily adventures we had. Would book again if in the area.

Very nice inside and spacious backyards closed in games for the children and family to do lots of beds I like that you can shut the master door and everybody can still get to the bathroom as a huge thing for me.

We had a great stay. The residence was beautiful and came with everything we needed. Our 4 and 1 year old enjoyed the toys provided. The pool was private and relaxing. Neighborhood very quiet with kind neighbors. Thank you for everything ❤️

Ernie and Jeff were immaculate hosts and now considered friends! The property was beautiful and well curated, but it was an environment to nurture and enrich the soul!! This will be an annual, if not bi-annual trip! Close to everything, great food and dining experiences all within 2-5 miles!! Ernie is a wealth of knowledge and is passionate to ensure his guests/new friends are cared for with the utmost of diligence. We had a wonderful time at André place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location. The host was also incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a heads-up: the bedroom doesn’t have A/C, but the fan provided kept things comfortable for us. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

This is the kind of place that exceeds our expectations. Much more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. Hill House is definitely the right place for you if you are looking for a few days of peace and tranquility. We chose this house to celebrate our wedding and it was definitely the best choice! We are counting down the days until we return to this magical place!

Francisco and Alyssa Were Very responsive to our questions/concerns and even our change of reservation (had someone back out of watching our dog and they were quick to allow us to change our reservation to bring him). Their home was as they described it! ... it was easy to find, location was quiet, and their home is clean, peaceful and just an all around a great place to stay (makes you feel right at home). I would highly recommend for anyone traveling down to Disney/Universal, as they are not far at all from the all the parks. As a matter of fact, we will be using them again the next time we decide to come down to Orlando (just have to figure out when that is). Thank you again for everything, you all are amazing!!!!

Albia was amazing ! Super kind and welcoming , she made me and my guests feels so comfortable. Her decorating skills are phenomenal. She leaves snacks and stuff to drink , everything you need is right there and accessible. I would Recommend tiny cottage to anyone staying in the area weather it’s just for a peaceful get away or a business stay . Sitting outside feels like there’s nothing but peace around you . I can’t wait to come back and stay . Albia is one of the BEST hosts I’ve had so far . Thank you for all that you do to make you guests feel more than welcome and comfortable.

We were in the area for a softball tournament at the Seminole Softball complex which was a short drive away! Travis was an excellent and friendly host who answered all questions. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this has to be the cleanest one we have stayed in! Everything was squeaky clean outside and inside! Home is well decorated, set up for entertainment and had everything we needed to be feel comfortable and at home. The pool was a perfect temperature and made me feel like I was in a backyard oasis! The screened in patio was perfect for having a few drinks while watching games on the very large TV and grilling hamburgers using one of the 3 options of grills provided. My daughter, husband and I enjoyed the Bocce Court as well as cornhole boards! To top it all off the beds and living room couch were super super comfortable! We throughly enjoyed our stay, this home is in our top 3 we have stayed. We will definitely book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

This sweet little suite met all my needs for a week visiting friends. There was an internet problem one day, but Diana stayed in communication with me and the malfunction was corrected in a timely manner. The place is clean and well-appointed. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely return.

Very nice and welcoming. There was a sweet personalized welcome sign in the front entrance and everything was as seen on photos and as communicated to us. The only downside I have to say is the hot water only worked when the sink water was on. Overall really awesome and we enjoyed our stay.

Dana was a fantastic host, easy talk to, and friendly without being pushy. Dana knows the area was responsive to any questions I may have had. The Studio was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The surrounding area is beautifully kept, serene typical country setting. And Bella is the best greeter ever.

WOW! What a great place. Very picturesque. Enjoyed the lakefront, pool, private. Location is close to the Altamonte Mall and alot of retail, restaurants, etc - however, the location is tucked away and you would never know it.
