Newly renovated house on lovely Haramsøy, boat

Spacious and completely newly renovated house centrally located on Haramsøy. The house appears to be very delicate and inviting. Mainland connection via Nordøyvegen, and a short distance to Ulla lighthouse. Spacious kitchen with all facilities, and spacious dining area with plenty of space for 10 people. Nice outdoor areas with room for 10 people. Spacious bedrooms with good quality bed linen and beds. 6 bicycles for free use. 2 brand new boats for rent, both with sonar (fishfinder). Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, less than 10 meters from the water's edge. 70m2 plus large room at the pier level. Unique layout, large window surfaces, and multi-level rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. Lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

It has all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay. Here you can enjoy the sunrise that mirrors in the sea in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Welcome to our new holiday house. This is one of a few house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, single travelers, and business travelers. Can also fit a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport on late afternoon/evening. There is a 24 HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the listing. Joker Vikane. Adr: Vikevegen 22.

Modern cabin w/ spectacular sea view / evening sun

Modern cabin with spectacular view of the fjord and sea. Sunshine (if lucky) until 10:30 pm in the summer. Big terrace with a gas grill for eating out. Distance to Molde centre 10-12 minutes by car. We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.

It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
