Monthly Rentals in Longues-sur-Mer

Longues-Sur-Mer is gorgeous, the house is a couple of minutes from the battery which is an amazing historical stop everyone must make. It’s also right next to an abbey that has an interesting story associated (look up Peter Dewey). The house was clean and the heat worked great. There’s a small convenience store about 5 minute walk where you can get bread, pastries, eggs, and some basic fruits and veggies. It has a deli as well but the open hours are tight. The drives to any of the Normandy beaches is 20 minutes in either direction. We visited Arromanches-les-Bains, Utah, Omaha, Coleville, and Saint Mere Eglise. Bucket list sites. We enjoyed our stay! The place was nicely decorated and the water was hot. The entry was a little tricky with the key, but the host was very responsive and helped right away. It was close to Bayeux and was a great place to stay for one night while visiting the Normandy beaches. The heater also was difficult to turn on, but the host arrived and was able to get the place warm within minutes. I would recommend this lovely and convenient accomodation!

A lovely stay, perfectly situated to explore the Normandy Beaches. All our group loved the house. It was really comfortable and elegantly decorated, with everything we needed to make the most of our short holiday.

It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of visiting historical sites.
