Very private. This lake is great for kayaking, canoeing,and fishing. You can swim off the dock,but there are some lily pads. The water is clear,but the bottom of the lake is mucky at shore. Great for dogs. Kayaks, canoe, & paddle boat available at your own risk. In winter, best to have AWD vehicle.

Our yard is level with no stairs to the lake and we have a beautiful beach area that is perfect for children! The swimming is fabulous too because there is a hard sandy bottom and no weeds! There is plenty of parking and lots of room for trailers on a dead end street no drive by traffic! This is a great year round vacation spot!

Evening campfires offer broad clear views of the Milky Way. This quaint property offers use of an on-site dock that can accommodate a pontoon or a boat. There is a boat launch at the adjacent park. Sawyer lake is known for excellent fishing and no watercraft restrictions. In colder seasons warm up by the wood stove.
