Perfect location and a wonderful host! Far enough away from downtown for privacy, but close enough where it’s easy to get to everything (downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, etc) also there’s a very nice walking path in the back, which is a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

I along with my two sons and grandson stayed at Annemarie's home for a few days over Labor Day weekend. The home was very clean and well equipped. Annemarie's home is located eight miles from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Using the trail, you can bike the eight miles to the downtown area in approximately 40 minutes. We will definitely book Annemarie's home for our next visit to Traverse City.

The house was fantastic! An architect/designers dream Airbnb. Minimalistic and organized, clutter free with focus on the beautiful woods that the house is nestled in. The outdoor room was perfect for grilling and hanging outside with a bottle of wine.

Great location, easy to find, and clean. We enjoyed staying here over memorial day weekend. Troy was super communicative and reached out to make sure our stay was logistically easy and also comfortable. The house is large with beautiful windows and comfortable to stay in!

This was the perfect stay for a family weekend up north! Loved how peaceful the area was, yet still an easy distance to Traverse City for food/activities. We also loved all the games and puzzles in the cabin! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Craig's home I believe is closer to Solon, but in that general area. A great home for 2-4 people. Country setting is very peaceful. The tip to pick up any groceries before heading to the home is a great tip as it is 7-10 minutes from a local market. We enjoyed our relaxing time in the home for couple of days. We loved the use of the kitchen, and use of the washer & dryer.

Everything was great. We had a small issue...but it was fixed quickly and thoroughly.

Our family of five felt welcome from the moment we heard from our host! The home had plenty of room for all of us. Charming gathering room, dining room, and plenty of room in all bedrooms and kitchen. And the bonus of a fun deck and hot tub! We will be back!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I enjoyed this visit as much as the first. Extremely friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I was looking for. I will stay again for sure.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Angela’s property. So many beautiful plants and everything was so clean and well maintained outside. A real oasis. The room was very clean and the linens smelled so good. I am a germaphobe and I never felt uncomfortable staying there. It was near so many attractions while also being very private and peaceful —we spent every evening sitting on the beach just taking it all in. Can’t recommend enough!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Mark is a very responsive and relaxed host that cares about his guests’ experiences, both in his accommodations and out and about in the local area. The space was clean, relaxed and comfortable and we loved our two nights there. This space is perfect for a getaway to Traverse City and the surrounding area.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check in was flawless and smooth, just as the directions clearly explained. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. The only complaint I'd make is minor and that is that there are only 4 parking spots behind the condo so all but one night we had to pay $20 for the parking garage next to the condo. Luckily the parking garage is so close that this wasn't a problem but did add cost to our rental that we weren't expecting. But, overall we really like this condo and this location! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were in town for the Bayshore Marathon, and this was a great spot! Views of the Bay, walkable to downtown TC. Quiet street. Comfy and clean space. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in the Traverse City Commons! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to everything, yet still feels tucked away. For the size and quality of the condo, it’s a surprisingly affordable find. Definitely a hidden gem—we’ll be recommending it to friends and would love to stay again!

Myself and two others spent a long weekend up in Traverse City to play golf for a few days and loved our stay at TC Rooftop Rental’s! Place was very well kept and offered all of the amenities as advertised. Extremely responsive and helpful hosts as well, would definitely recommend.

Kara was very responsive. The air conditioning was not working but they had someone out and it was fixed the same day. It was not as close to downtown as I would have liked but that was my fault for not completely checking out the location. Fantastic shower. Lots of room and super close to the bike trails. And gorgeous view of the water.

Jesse was a great host and we enjoyed staying at their place! We appreciated the private beach to play at and the pool was well maintained. There were plenty of food and entertainment options that Jesse recommended in their binder, and all were fantastic choices. The views were amazing from the living room/patio, and it felt very private. We couldn’t see any other guest and did not hear neighbors. It was very peaceful being on site and we could definitely see about renting the place again in the future! Jesse was a great host, communicated early and often, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, great experience and thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!

Beautiful spacious, comfortable and well equipped condo. Traffic noise was noticeable but lake view was pretty. Host was extremely responsive to unexpected issue in unit (shower door glass breakage). Overall highly recommend!

My sister, mom and I loved our stay here! Walkable and just a minute from the bay, we had a view of the water and of an adorable dog park! Just a couple minutes walk from the center of downtown. The space was so bright and clean and we felt immediately at home! I will say the pull-out bed was not the most comfortable and the walls/floors seem somewhat thin (could hear neighbors each night), but those two things were super easy for us to look past given the amazing location and how well-kept the space is!
