Monthly Rentals in Long Island Sound

I really enjoyed my stay with Stephanie. Her place is tucked away in the woods and very quiet. The wildlife was beautiful—always birds visible from the windows. Stephanie would always respond to texts immediately and went above and beyond to help keep adjust to the new area. She is one of the nicest people I have met. Perfect location for reading and relaxing. Large private space not far from Yale and all the other universities. Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

I stayed here long term for four and a half months. Christine's place was outstanding, and I doubt you'll find a better deal. Space was very nice (looks even bigger in person) with brand new appliances. Easily best kitchen I've ever had access to. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of stuff nearby. Only thing missing is in-unit laundry, however the local laundromat is great. Aside from the space she and her husband were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. They even helped me get home when my car broke down. If you're staying on LI for a while you can't go wrong here.

When I talk about this place in the future, I will be referring to it as "heaven." This is a super comfortable home with a freaking stunning view. The bay glittered in the sunshine all day, and staring at it was exactly what I needed. Hosts were helpful and gave us space in the exact right proportion. I can't wait to come back!

This house is in a great location. You can walk on the beach, walk or ride around the peninsula with little traffic. It's an easy walk to restaurants a good pizza place and deli. It's also a great starting point if you want to explore the CT coast or head into NYC. The train is a 10 minute drive away. Or if you are trying to get away from it all, it's a quiet, safe place to rest and rejuvenate. It's a hidden gem on the mid CT coast area.
