The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

Great location, accurate description. Easy access to Manhattan by train. Close to the Newark airport. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Responsive hosts. The building is very nice. Excellent facilities including well-equipped gym and very clean throughout. Professional and friendly staff. The only shortcoming was wifi not working during our stay. This was not a big problem for us but might be if not resolved for the next guest. We notified Greystar on our 2nd day and they were responsive but unable to resolve the issue for whatever reason. I am sure they will resolve, but something to be aware of. Still, I would recommend.

Everything was amazing and the host was very accommodating, and helpful. I needed an extra night and they were very helpful. Everything looked amazing and it’s very comfortable and clean would definitely stay again. This was a wonderful experience with this host definitely recommend 10/ 10

Helen's place was very nice and quite quiet compared to other reviews we've seen about other New York places, or feedback from friends to us. This is what we were looking for and were not disappointed. Isolated at the back of the hotel, we were quiet. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionists and all the information was very clear. The accommodation was clean and well appointed, with quality furniture. Special mention for the very comfortable large bed and pleasant sheets. It was nice to lie down in the evening and then sleep there, after our 30,000 steps of the day! Ah ah! The accommodation is quite dark, but that didn't bother us at all because we left early and came back at the end of the day, so we were only there very little during our stay. In short, it was really great! We would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed here for a mid week family getaway and could not be happier with our stay! This home is in an amazing neighborhood in Brooklyn full of local markets, coffee shops and great places to eat. It was central to all of our transit needs to a Mets game and into the city for a show. We will absolutely come back - we had the very best time!!

My husband and I rented Stephanie's condo for a long weekend to visit family in the area. Location was ideal - close to the beach and to some shops and restaurants. Loved riding the bikes around town - they are new and comfortable. Stephanie was a great host.

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Clean, spacious place, and with a convenience store just across the street everything is just great. Going into Manhattan may take slightly longer or slightly more expensive compared to being in NY itself, but definitely doable.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

My twin sister and I decided to go to New Jersey last minute, we found this place in Belleville. It is a beautiful apartment which is located in the center of everything. We didnt get a chance to visit every place, but now we know for next time. The apartment is very clean and it has all the necessary amenities. The bed is super comfortable 10/10 recommend. Amazing place!

We loved our stay in this place, the only issue was parking. If you have more than one car get parking permit.

Our family spent an idyllic 4 days at Pickle Farm!! Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful historic farmhouse with modern updates. We did not want for anything! Communications with host and property manager were perfect. I would go back this weekend if I could!! (Whoever is there in the next week will be treated to a spectacular show of daffodils and tulips!!)

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

Alyson’s and John Anthony’s place is in the heart of Seaside Heights. It is in the perfect location of the Jersey Shore! A quick five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. A minute walk to many restaurants, shops, and bars. Their place is very spacious and comfortable. Their parking and beach passes made it very convenient. Alyson and John Anthony are very approachable and will answer your questions quickly. I would definitely recommend their place for a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation at the Jersey Shore.
