The bungalow was spotless, smelled fresh, everything was amazing. We loved the sunroom in the front, and did have our breakfast there. The bed was comfortable and quiet in the back. The location was just off the beaten path. Tannis was patient with all of my questions, and I even tweaked our dates a bit, and she was incredibly accommodating. She even left me a bottle of wine for my birthday celebration. We will definitely come back.

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Completely renovated 2020! 1 Block to beach!

My husband and I were in town for a music festival and this was the perfect home base for us! It’s a bit small but was perfect for two of us and you can’t beat the location! Similar to other reviews, not having linens already there is kind of a pain - we borrowed sheets and towels from family because it was too much to travel with but then had to make sure we had time to wash and dry them before checking out and giving them back. Regardless, we would stay here again!

Great place to stay, especially with kids! my family was there for a quick work weekend and it unfortunately rained most of the time - but we had a great time sitting around playing games and enjoying each other's company! everything was comfortable and clean and the walk to the beach was super easy once we had a break in the rain. would stay again!

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

From the get-go communication was friendly and pro-active. We had a bit of an unknown schedule and they worked with us to make sure we could check in no matter what time we arrived. The place was clean and comfy. Larger than expected from the photos. Wish we could have spent more time there, and in a warmer season. Highly recommended!!!

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip. The host was so gracious and surprised us with a Christmas tree for our holiday stay! This location in Asbury is close to all the good spots to eat/go out and the beach/boardwalk. Cozy corner is set back from the road behind the main house which gives a nice feeling of privacy. Everything was clean, the water was nice and hot with great pressure, we had all the amenities listed and it was a 10/10 stay. Would love to come back and stay in the summer!

This was a great stay for my wife and I. We were able to drive to the beach every day easily, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house was comfy with a yard to spread out in. All in all a very cool place to stay, we got all info we needed ahead of time, and access was super easy.

Sue’s little bungalow was so perfect for my girlfriend and I. Even Archie had plenty of room. It was so clean. You are located near anything you could possibly want to do. I was very happy there is a tv in the bedroom. Not many places have that. I can not wait till warmer weather because we already said we are coming back.

First time visiting Manasquan. The location was perfect and close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and to Point Pleasant Beach. Lee Ann and Rich were perfect hosts made sure you felt right at home and meet our needs. I would definitely come back and stay in one of their homes again.

The street is quiet and not busy with traffic. The pad parking is a plus! We had all the amenities we needed. Jodi was very personable and extremely responsive to all questions and needs. This impeccably maintained and extremely well equipped bungalow is truly a gem in Rockaway Beach. It is everything as advertised and more. We were there for a week over Thanksgiving as our family gathered to celebrate with two of our children and their families who live in Rockaway. The bungalow provided us with such a quiet and comfortable place to retreat to after our busy days. Being familiar with Rockaway, I know how perfect this would be in the summer. Tommy provides everything you would possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It certainly lives up to the name, A Stone's Throw Bungalow, as it puts you within walking distance of the beach, numerous great restaurants of all types, the subway, and bus stops. It is situated in one of the most desirable areas for vacationers. Tommy couldn't have been more accommodating and we hope to be able to return many times in the future.

Lauren’s place was exactly as described and very convenient. Parking was, indeed, available on the street right in front of the house. The kitchen is beautiful. I grew up in Rockaway and my father still lives there. I would definitely stay at Lauren’s again when visiting my father.

Nice, small cozy cottage in a quaint neighborhood. The private access to the beach was a major plus. Place was clean with all the basics needed. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Walking distance to coffee shops/food spots/ general stores. Rob was very personable and friendly. Perfect for a couple or few friends visiting the beach. Plenty of space for myself and my partner plus our dogs.

I love Virene's adorable bungalow. It is a short walk to the beach, close to so many activities, and restaurants. It feels like coming home when I open the door. The deck is a great place to listen to the waves crash in the evening, yes you can hear the water from the deck. Her flowers are lively, and like water! I can't imagine going anywhere else down the shore. See you next year!

Ali’s place was perfect. It accommodated our group and was about as close of a walk to the beach and boardwalk as you can get. Ali’s place came equipped with all the essentials you would need for a beach get away. Place was super clean. Will definitely recommend Ali’s place in the future!

This was our second stay at Jerry's property, and it was even better than the first. Jerry is very communicative and responsive, and he obviously takes pride in his property -- updates had been made since our visit last year. We felt right at home, being able to do laundry and prepare simple meals as needed. Stepping outside right onto the sand made a business trip still feel leisurely!

I stayed for a week with my husband, mother-in-law and two daughters ages three and five. We had a fantastic time. The distance to the beach was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk easily several times a day. The outdoor shower was perfect. The house had all the needed amenities and was very comfortable. the neighborhood was quiet despite the close proximity to the boardwalk and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay! Impeccably clean, extremely well appointed. Lucy was great to communicate with and left no detail unattended. Kitchen was well equipped, including creamer and pods for the Nespresso. Place was immaculate, beds were very comfortable and the white linens were bleach white. Nearby there is a very close 24/7 convenience store and a beautiful wooded walking/bike path. Neighborhood is clean quiet and safe. Plenty of street parking. Highly recommend this Airbnb. Only warning- if you have any mobility problems please check with the host first. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep and could potentially be problematic for the elderly, small children, or those with knee problems. My brother and I loved it and hope we can stay again on our next visit!

Cody’s place is very cute. It’s small but it has all you need. We were there in the winter so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outside space, but I can imagine that in the summer it’s a great place to relax after the beach. I will definitely be coming back.

I cannot say enough good things about Denise, Rachel, and their beautiful bungalow paradise - they were so kind, so responsive and helpful, gave incredible local recommendations, it was heaven! The only downfall was that coming back to reality was so difficult after such a perfect stay, we didn’t want to leave!!! House and location is tranquil and private, clean and easy to navigate, every amenity you could want or need, few blocks walk to the beach, easy quick drive to both Asbury and Sandy Hook, I truly can’t recommend enough. Thank you Denise and Rachel so much for such an incredible stay and for making us feel right at home!

The house itself is cozy, super easy to find, has ample parking, clean, spacious. She provides great ideas on local places to eat and for entertainment.
